He arranged the shipping of the new car to me and the old one back to him. Papers were overnighted to me and returned by US Postal Service. The experience was so enjoyable, that I am back again. Let me start by saying I love Land Rover products, have owned a few, and I love this car but... I've had more electronic issues with this car than all previous combined. Granted, it has a lot more technology than previous models I've owned, so there is that. Land Rover frequently sends software updates to the car that must be downloaded. It takes several attempts to ever get them to work/download properly. The last one I received I finally had to take it to the dealer to let them do it (after several weeks of trying). Additionally, the camera system had to be replaced for intermittent interruptions that progressively got worse over a few months time (car is a year old now). Big problem for this car b/c it's difficult to see out of the car and the cams are a necessity. Beyond the electronic issues, the car looks great and performs well on my ranch where I actually need a car that can get around in all weather conditions and on the inclines and rough terrain we have - plus I just enjoy driving it. Hoping they work out the electronics. I plan to keep the car for a good while.

I was looking at a 2015 Ford F-150 that they had listed on their website. I made an appointment with Alec and came in the next day to look at it. My Defender is very fun to drive. The interior is spacious, comfortable and very quiet. The exterior styling gets lots of attention and I am constantly getting guys coming over and asking to take a look. I have the P400 engine and it has lots of power and I love the growl it makes when I step into the gas. If your looking for a vehicle that feels like a luxury car on the inside but can still go off roading with ease this is the one.

Waited 13 months for my X. She is stunning. Drives like a dream. Technology is amazing, seats are super comfortable. Like a Range Rover Sport on Steroids. Lots of power, great turning radius, lots of head room and can tow! The best truck I have ever owned and I have an original 1994 in my garage as well.

Quick reply to my inquiry and helpful advice. If I ever see a similar car at this dealership again, I will jump on it!

I bought a Defender 90 P400 when I got tired of waiting for a Bronco and couldn't be happier. As soon as I got it I went on a 3000 mile cross country trip including a stop in Texas for hunting where it traversed rocky and steep trails as well as hauling game. It did everything without a hitch and has been rock solid. So much quieter and more comfortable than the Bronco, and probably 80% as capable offroad. Will cruise all day in quiet at 90 even with off road tires. My favorite car purchase and that includes Lexus, Corvette, BMW M5/M240, GMC Denali, Ford Platinum. Waited 8 months but worth it.

I do have one suggestion: if you’re selling EVs like Teslas to out-of-state customers, it would be helpful to deliver the vehicle with a full charge. Since Tesla’s Supercharger network cannot be used until the app is properly set up, it can create a challenge for first-time handoff. That said, I’m overall very happy with my purchase and appreciate the great service.

I can’t say enough good things about this car. It has far exceeded my expectations. It was definitely worth the wait from the design process to having it made specifically to my taste. It is a mix of cool, luxury and speed.

Found a lightly used A220 that I was looking for here. Though they wouldn’t negotiate on price, it was priced very competitively. They replaced the cracked windshield and reset service notice (car had been serviced). Wish they would have topped off the washer fluid while they were at it since that notification was on as well. Dealership facilities are nice but very limited customer parking on site.

I owed an LR4 previous to this car. The Defender does not have the cargo space or the leg room in the third row the LR4 had. I skipped the third row option in this car. Without the extra leg room the LR4 had, it isn’t practical. Discovery doesn’t have the third row leg room or cargo space the LR4 had either. The Defender could use a third cup holder in the second row. LR4 had more cup holders. Otherwise, love it!!!

This car is a new take on the Defender! I’ve been waiting on an alternative to the Discovery and I am so please with this vehicle! It ride super smooth and the technology is tops but still easy to use.
