I just bought the 2024 Defender 110. This is my second one as I drove the first one for four years with zero issues. I love the look, power (P400), comfort, and capabilities of the Defender. I tow a boat in the summers and I am amazed how well this thing pulls. The Defender is very capable and sure footed off road when going hunting etc…but it’s also a smooth comfortable daily driver. Overall I couldn’t be happier with this SUV.

He really knew the product and could explain the differences between the Q3 and the Q5 as well as new versus pre owned. He showed us several cars and really understood what we were looking for. The trade-in was very fair and the negotiation was very smooth and pleasant. We never felt pressured and Brian was able to keep us on track. He was also very personable and friendly. I drive my Defender when I want the capability of my Jeep Rubicon but when I want luxury and comfort. The P400 engine packs a punch. I own the LWB model 130 and even with its size, it maneuvers about with ease. The ride is quiet and smooth but shifts into a rugged off-roader. The simplistic interior and lack of carpet is a WIN and must have for an off road vehicle. Love the larger 11” responsive screen. I also love the option to delete the 3rd row seat.

Their approach to the buyer candidate was gentle, neither pushy nor persistent. I was asked what I want upfront, which made our deal simple and smooth. I felt respected and treated with caution and professionalism. I was happy to get something going ultimately with this sales manager.

My wife and I purchased a new vehicle from Gene Robinson recently. We enjoyed the experience of working with Gene. Amazing vehicle that rides super smoothly and is solid as a rock. All the features and remote app work really well. It has a strong V6, very smooth transmission and the rear AC is cold.

I brought my car in for coolant recall on my E pace. As always, Danny V. Service rep takes good care of me. He’s fast, extreme helpful, and very understanding. I only go to Danny for all my car needs.

Let me start by saying I love Land Rover products, have owned a few, and I love this car but... I've had more electronic issues with this car than all previous combined. Granted, it has a lot more technology than previous models I've owned, so there is that. Land Rover frequently sends software updates to the car that must be downloaded. It takes several attempts to ever get them to work/download properly. The last one I received I finally had to take it to the dealer to let them do it (after several weeks of trying). Additionally, the camera system had to be replaced for intermittent interruptions that progressively got worse over a few months time (car is a year old now). Big problem for this car b/c it's difficult to see out of the car and the cams are a necessity. Beyond the electronic issues, the car looks great and performs well on my ranch where I actually need a car that can get around in all weather conditions and on the inclines and rough terrain we have - plus I just enjoy driving it. Hoping they work out the electronics. I plan to keep the car for a good while.

CAME FOR A SCHEDULED OIL CHANGE AND AND CHECK UP. REVEALED I NEEDED A TIRES AND BRAKES. WORK WAS COMPLETED IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. CAR WAS WASHED AND CLEANED BEFORE PICKUP. VERY SATISFIED WITH MY EXPERIENCE.

This is a great car and one that Land Rover should have been building for a decade. It's well crafted, quality design, distinctive and rugged. Go buy it!

Anthony and the rest of the service team and parts department are very nice ., not like the terrible service staff in Paramus who only treat you well if you have recently purchased the latest and greatest there, even though I have purchased 5 vehicles from Paramus dealership in the past 30 years. And, even though I live right by Paramus Prestige Land Rover, I rather drive over a ½ hour to go to Parsippany.

I bought a Defender 90 P400 when I got tired of waiting for a Bronco and couldn't be happier. As soon as I got it I went on a 3000 mile cross country trip including a stop in Texas for hunting where it traversed rocky and steep trails as well as hauling game. It did everything without a hitch and has been rock solid. So much quieter and more comfortable than the Bronco, and probably 80% as capable offroad. Will cruise all day in quiet at 90 even with off road tires. My favorite car purchase and that includes Lexus, Corvette, BMW M5/M240, GMC Denali, Ford Platinum. Waited 8 months but worth it.
