I want to thank Colin K at BMW Seattle for assisting me with the 2011 Toyota Runner. I have been looking for over a year to replace my 2015. He was extremely kind hearted and welcoming, as I would hope. He explained the process and procedures of the sale, followed the safety regs, and was offering a nice warm cup of cocoa during the coldest weather. The vehicle handles and performs beautifully. The climate controls, adaptive cruise control and infotainment screen controls are clumsy, and divert attention away from driving safety. Sadly, this vehicle has no cooling seats. A vehicle of this caliber should automatically have heated and cooled seats. This model has no semi auto steering.

The vehicles are top notch , the customer service is plus 10 , overall a wonderful experience in the purchase since our car was totaled. Thank you all there at CarMax for your professionalizm and help during this time. A Special Thank You too Zackery " what a salesman " .

This car so far meets all of our needs. Plenary of room for the whole family to travel where needed. So many bells and whistles that we still need to figure out but, an amazing car.

I BOUGHT THIS TRUCK A FEW YEARS AGO WITH 108,000 MILES ON IT...PUT A BUNCH OF SMALL PARTS INTO IT....BOTTOM LINE THIS IS AN AWESOME VEHICLE FOR SOMEONE WHO CAN DO THE MAINTENANCE ON IT. UNSTOPPABLE IN THE SNOW. I HAVE OVER 120,000 MILES ON IT, STILL VERY RELIABLE, GAS MILEAGE IS STILL BAD BUT IT HANDLES WELL AND IS FUN TO DRIVE.....I LOVE THIS TRUCK AND WILL NEVER GIVE UP ON IT...MINE IS NOW 13 YEARS OLD BUT LOOKS AND DRIVES LIKE IT'S A NEW VEHICLE.....IT'S THE KIND OF TRUCK YOU WAKE UP IN THE MORNING AND CAN'T TAKE YOUR EYES OFF OF IT.....LIKE I SAID IF YOU CAN MAINTAIN IT YOURSELF, IT WILL RUN FOR DECADES. IF YOU HAVE TO TAKE IT TO LAND ROVER EVERY TIME YOU HAVE A PROBLEM...DON/T BUY IT. ONCE YOU OWN ONE, YOU WILL FALL IN LOVE WITH IT.

The problem people are having with their rover is not the actual mechanical issue as it is the personnel assigned to repair. Let’s face it things happen;it’s up to the technicians to repair the issues, these sorry technicians is the problem.

My experience with Elliot Bay and Dan was excellent. Friendly and professional. I am from out of state and my friend suggested I try Elliot Bay. I came in looking for a specific car and luck would have they had just gotten in exactly what I was looking for and I bought it that day. Under the radar vehicle. 355 HP So power is plenty strong. Feels solid and safe and a bargain compared to RR Sport. Not everyone wants a Defender with big tire on the rear. This Discovery is a great SUV with capabilities galore.

I have owned my 2019 Land Rover Discovery SE since 2020 and have not had any major issues with the vehicle. I now have over 50K miles on it and it has been one of the most reliable cars I have ever owned. The Cadillacs and BMWs that I have owned in the past were constantly at the OVM dealerships for issues covered under warranty. This vehicle only had one problem with the Pano Roof shade that was replaced under warranty. Other than that, no other issues. It’s been a very pleasant ownership experience overall. The vehicle has the Supercharged V6 engine. It is my understanding that’s also a critical factor for top reliability. Excellent power when you need it. One last thing to mention is that off-road, this vehicle is fantastic. I put larger off-road tires on it and it has been a very fun and capable off-road vehicle and family cruiser. Best of both worlds. I would recommend this vehicle all day.

Owned a pre-owned Discovery for a year and no problems. Its perfect for the suburban environment in which I drive. Its the right balance of utility (plenty of cargo space, off-road capability, 7-seater), power and efficiency (powerful, efficient V6 engine) and design (nice minimalist, clean design). This is my second Land Rover vehicle and the other I still own and is approaching 100k miles.
