He was so awesome that when we decided to buy a second defender we just bought it from him and had it shipped to us in New Jersey even though we have a Land Rover dealer an hour away. Brought my '24 Range Rover Sport in to document excessive rear brake wear. Appears to be a common problem with '23-'24 Range Rovers. Melvin my SA was very helpful and professional as always.

We went out of our way to Ferrari of Fort Lauderdale for the service and professionalism they provide. Cesar Valdez was able to assist us with arranging our car repair, and then went above and beyond to help us get the car back in time before we had to travel. He provided frequent updates and answered all of our questions at any time. Though this dealership is out of our way, we won’t take our car to another, and Cesar Valdez is a big reason we won’t go anywhere else.
