Just wanted to mention that I had a great experience buying my F-Pace from Patrick Jaguar of Naperville. Dale was just fantastic and went above and beyond helping me during the the whole buying process. The rest of the team (Finance & GM) was also excellent in their interactions with me. I initially chose Patrick Jaguar because they were one of only 2 Jaguar dealerships in the area that were not marking up their vehicles over MSRP, specially the hard to get ones like the F-Pace SVR which I bought. I've only needed to use their service department for a minor cosmetic issue that was sorted out in one day. Great job all around.

Not only did he show me exactly what I was looking for he even gave me the tour of the facility and of my brand new vehicle. Agnes was beyond amazing!!! She was so personable, helpful, and friendly!!!! We drove almost 3 hours to buy our new Land Rover and we would most definitely return to work with Agnes ANY TIME!!!

Sam was great to work with when buying a pre-owned Audi A5 for my son. Very personable and knowledgeable. My only gripe about the dealership is the car was on E (no gas) when we went out for the test drive and the used car manager really low-balled us ($500) on the trade.
