Never have I been more pleased with the whole buying process. From the moment I contacted Kyle Bailey, till the moment I drove up to look at the CPO Jaguar XF, through the negotiations and delivery process, I have never had a better buying experience. I felt welcome at the dealership, and I highly recommend not only the Internet Sales Manager Kyle, but the dealership as well. Well worth the drive from Atlanta.
I've purchased Jaguars all over the country......Dallas, Chicago, Minneapolis, Miami.....and never has the process been as friendly and efficient as Chattanooga Jaguar. I live in Illinois, contacted Josh Smith and he took care of every detail.....the car was ready for me to pick up....the financing all arranged except for my signature......he spent half an hour going over the XJ's features.....and I was on my way home!!!!.....and I also confess to being a bit on the cheap side and I can tell you that the very competitive pricing was the determining factor in choosing Chattanooga Jaguar! You simply can't make a mistake by dealing with them and I have never been treated as well as by Josh Smith!!
Have had many Porsches and been to many Dealer/repair facilities. Needed a repair on my Cayenne and Boxster as I was traveling through St Louis.....twice in a year. Last repair was a fix on lousy repair job from another place. I was accomdated immediately. Got towed to This dealer and repair done quickly, completely and correctly. I was kept up to date on repair in a timely manner during the process and prices were reasonable. Here is the "over the top". All Porsche dealers wash the Porsche before returning it to customer but none I have gone to before have done it very well and have the rims very clean. My rims were not only clean but shiney. Excellent place with perfect qualified associates.
I was looking to trade in my aging Porsche 911. Rick Balas was our salesman and he made the trade and purchase "happen." The process was fair and enjoyable. Everyone we encountered was professional and courteous. Additionally, they were knowledgeable.
I dealt with Joe in the service department. Joe was very accommodative for my wishes. I had scratches on my right front wheel. Joe was able to find someone to repair it. My only feedback on the repair was that it was slightly more than Joe originally quoted ($200 vs. $175). Also, which was nice, he suggested I come back in the spring to re-do the wheel and an extra wheel if needed. However, I didn't see any record of that accommodation on my sales receipt. Obviously my concern is when I call in the spring, will this repair still be honored. Overall, I was satisfied with the service and the ability to have a loner (GLC which my wife is interested in). Michael from the get go was the most informant salesman I have ever delt with, worked with me on the price of the 2017 Jaguar f type that fit my wallet. Never was pushy or rude as some salesman can be. Stayed in contact with me thru all the paper work and never left me guessing !! Answered all questions for me with expertise and respect. He even offered to line up shipping for me since the Jaguar was being shipped too Salem Oregon. Anyone that is looking too buy a New or used Mclaren or used car from Mclaren Houston of TX ,Hook up with Michael Grant and you will not be let down or miss guided !!!!!!!!!! Shawn Anderson

With the delivery of my new Pista, I have to commend Nathan and the rest of the Boardwalk Ferrari team for another job well done. Extra time and effort in getting the car spec'd properly and staying on top of things while in production. Very timely delivery has now made for an extremely satisfied client, yet once again. Nathan, Brian, and the rest of the staff certainly know how to take care of you when providing such an exemplary product. Deal with the best, forget the rest.....

I’ve purchased a lot of vehicles and have never had a better experience than I did with the team at Jake Kaplan’s. My salesperson Brian was extremely friendly and answered all my questions. He wasn’t pushy at all. He introduced me to the GM Chris, who spend time with me going through the particulars of leasing and was extremely helpful hammering out the details. We actually laughed and had fun buying a car! Thanks also to Dan who did a great job explaining the paperwork and registration process. It went very smooth.

purchased a 2018 Range Rover Velar. I test drove 5 different models over 3 hours. Sales person was extremely patient and helpful. I did not feel pressured at all. The car was spotless when I took delivery the next day. Awesome experience!
New to the brand, we visited this location after having a less than satisfactory experience at another local Land Rover dealership. I called to inquire about Velar that I was interested in on their website and wanted to confirm that it was in their inventory. I spoke with Cat and she was fantastic to communicate with. I made an appointment with her to see that and another Velar. Cat was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, and made the process of leasing a Velar that we wanted as seamless as possible. Would definitely recommend this location and Cat if you are considering a Land Rover - Jaguar.
Everyone was helpful and friendly. First they did an inspection of the damage, to make sure they ordered the correct parts. The parts were ordered, and I received a call when they came in. When I dropped my car off the gave me a loner car, and the next morning recieved a text that my car was ready. Overall it was a good experience.
