I have had Gabriel Paramo as a Service Consultant twice now. Both times he has offered Excellent service. He has done everything he could to expedite the service of my vehicle and minimize my wait. The previous time I was in he prioritized finding the cause of our warning lights going off, knowing that we had a family weekend planned and we needed the car as soon as possible. I have owned an Audi A8, a 2017 BMW 740d XDrive MSport and a long time ago a Jaguar XJR. I now have a second hand 2017 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 SD V8. I also own a 2003 LandRover Defender TD5. I traded the BMW because i preferred driving the defender most of the time. The Range Rover is a bit like taking the defender and mating it with the BMW....although I would say the BMW does not come close to the RR in terms of material quality. The Range Rover has the commanding driving position I so like in my Defender. And like the Defender it so easy to place on the road because you can see where the corners are (simples). However unlike the Defender you do not need to visit a chiropractor after a long journey it is supremely comfortable (equal or better than the BMW. The boot is massive (50% bigger than the BMW and you can fold the seats down on top of that) + it has a full size spare (no run-flats here). The car is a dream to drive with loads of driver aids. The only negative is I do miss having a physical control (iDrive) for the infotainment - I am not a fan of touch screens in cars. I am getting use to the voice control which is helping me stay away from the touch screen. The only thing it is not is a Sports car.

My husband and I unexpectedly bought our new VW Atlas the day we went for an oil change on our Mazda CX9. Steve was very friendly, helpful and without pressuring us. Armando was also very helpful, leaving us with a sense of great customer service.

It’s very childish to compare any other SUV to RR knowing that this company has been specializing in nothing else but SUV’s. Now we have Lambos, Corvette, Ferraris making SUV. Can we really trust them?? Imagine building custom bathroom and hiring janitor instead of licensed plumbing contractor to install $5K toilet. I don’t think so. Moral of the story is Land Rover was making SUV when some of these nowdays companies didn’t exist. And let me tell you something about depreciation of these vehicles. Well yeah because there are tons of them just like any other cars. Let’s put all series of Mercedes and let’s see how many are there. I’ll take RR terrains , comfort,luxury, simplicity, reliability, noise insulation over any G-63 AMG which can fit two people in it, deal with stiffnesses , and pure aerodynamic block. Total a joke of comparison. And i owned 7 RR with branded, accident, flooded titles and had zero issues. Never again until i live will go to any other vehicle. Go get yourself Suppercharged model until there are some left. Not a fan of new models switching to Turbos. Its lag and kick in will ruin comfort

This has been my favorite Range Rover to date. Previously owning the 06, and 07 Supercharged, my 2010 Autobiography has been the most reliable and capable rover yet. The drive is unpralleled with anything else on the road. It floats over bumps and road imperfections, in severe weather, it performs as if it?s a dry sunny day, and the power is more then enough to jump out into a busy street. The doors are so heavy, you can tell you?re traveling in the safest tank possible on the roads. Love my Range Rover

I love love love this my Range Rover Supercharged. I will never get a different SUV ever again. I have owned Cadillacs, BMWs and a Mercedes and this Range Rover beats them all. The comfort level is superior, the performance is excellent and it is SO pretty.

Like the title states this is my second Rover. My first was a "99 HSE. I love these things. Very nice ride, good performance, classic style, and comfortable. The only down side is the fuel economy. However knowing I can go anywhere anytime, I'll deal with it. My family drove one of these years ago when we lived in central Africa so you know durability is well built in. My only real complaint is the mechanics of the car. My first Rover suffered engine failure when the aluminum block, steel sleeved design failed and the engine drew in all the coolant into the combustion chamber. $7500 to fix meant I had to sell it for parts. Not it's first or only coolant issue. The headliner sags, in my '02 as well. Lastly parts are expensive. Rediculously expensive! Most extended warranty programs wont cover any Land Rover product, and since Ford and then Jaguar have owned Rover they've only gotten worse. This sadly will be my last Rover product even though I love it. Despite all the bad, at least it not a Disco!

We just purchased a car from JLR Newport this past weekend and all I have to say is WOW! The experience was top notch and the staff were amazing. You never hear good things about dealerships and my husband and I have always had pretty horrible encounters with the sales and finance at a dealership, but we walked out of JLR and we looked at each other and said we're definitely coming back for all our cars. Jonathan and Cherry were amazing to work with and the kindest people. If only every dealership had people like Jonathan and Cherry!! Highly highly recommend this dealership!

I have the LWB version and purchased used under CPO warranty. It is loaded, we left no option box unchecked, and the comfort/refinement of the interior, supercharged V8, and ride are nothing short of stellar. Buying used and under warranty afforded an opportunity to buy relatively new at half the cost with confidence. Whether running errands in town, or traveling longer distances, it never fails to put a smile on my face while driving. There are certainly less expensive options, but nothing that came close to offering the same experience and motoring heritage of Land Rover. Arguably, it was introduction of the 1987 Range Rover to US soil that birthed our "obsession" with SUVs. Highly recommend.

Service was completed much quicker than expected. My concerns were noted and one was addressed. The other they did try to recreate but we’re unable to at this visit.

Good power, handling, heavy load carrying ability. I'm a big guy and the cabin is a bit tight primarily in width. Driving economy is good considering a Supercharged model giving about 23 MPG on a cross country trip and around 18-19 MPG city. It is enjoyable to drive and gives excellent all around visibility
