This was the best car buying experience I?ve ever had in life!!! My sales associate Julian was amazing!!! Knew ever question I had about the car and the process. I felt very comfortable with Julian and not pressured like other car lots I visited. I actually chose Audi because of Julian?s professionalism and knowledge of the vehicles I wanted to test drive. The finance associate was also excellent. I was in and out of there once I chose my vehicle. I will recommend everyone I know to Audi and to Julian!!! Just bought a 2019 and love it. Unfortunately it does NOT have heated seats which seems strange. Driving and maneuverability are a pleasure. In addition, I love the deep red color and the leather seats are still in great condition.

I've been looking for an EV9 for about a year and kept coming up against not being able to fit it into my budget. We live about 4 hours away, and during that time they found solutions for every obstacle every step of the way, including getting us a charger adapter for our drive home. We are THRILLED, amd the whole ride home in our new car (which felt like floating a spaceship down the highway) was surreal. We're looking forward to many happy years in our family's new vehicle.

I called and asked about the Mercedes. I came the next day paid for it. Everything was great. The owner is phenomenal. Also people who worked there our phenomenal. The owner made sure that I had new tires and a new key filled me up detailed my car I called him the next day to let him know about a small issue. He fixed it immediately.
