My salesperson was incredibly helpful, always available during business hours, and even went above and beyond after hours to make sure I was completely satisfied. That level of dedication really stood out to me. The entire location was very welcoming and hospitable to both me and my family. On the day I picked up my car, they happened to have a buffet available for everyone. I?m not sure if it was planned or just perfect timing, but it truly made the day feel extra special like they were celebrating with me! I recently visited the BMW Houston North location for service on the x7 I was driving. After speaking with my service advisor about wanting to downsize he put me in touch with Desmond in sales. Desmond was the perfect fit for me. I had 0 clue what I was wanting to downsize to.. I had not looked at anything prior to my meeting with him. He walked me through several options. He provided different payment overviews for each option. He was patient with me as I took a few days to go over everything and make a choice. Desmond was informative, patient, attentive without being too pushy, and kind. He brought in his Supervisor, Justin to look over all the numbers and help see if there was a way I could get everything I was accustomed to and still allow me to downsize and it needed to be affordable, lol! My experience with them both wasn?t anything short of perfect. My trade in was successful and I am happy! Great experience!

Always love taking my Car to Big Star Cadillac for the best customer service and they always do a great job. They have a deal where you can get 3 oil changes 3 tire rotations 3 car washes for a Cadillac for under $175 not a bad deal I have a appointment next week for my brakes Ty Big Star Cadillac.

I bought this vehicle pre-owned with nearly 60,000 miles but the ride is still so comfortable and responsive. The luxurious seats and air suspension make it a joy to drive. So much power in a sub compact SUV and just enough room for storage. I highly recommend this vehicle as long as it is well maintained, you are less likely to suffer from problems related to neglect and avoid the expense.

I enjoy driving this car. It has all the safety features I was looking for, and I appreciate the camera rear view mirror, along with the parking camera assist. I’m excited to try out the off-road features in a few months and think I could take this just about anywhere and be able to get back home. The various driving modes make this well-equipped.

Have a Kia Soul. Love my car and I only take it to the dealership to get my maintance done. Two years old and less than 20 thousand miles its great. I own the 2020 evoque base model. The tech is basic, not many bells and whistles for $43000.00. Its nice to look at, but not "impressive" in comfort or performance! The lag time off of the line is embarrassing too. Such hesitation is unacceptable! I wont say i regret the purchase, but look forward to my next car actually being fully loaded and quicker!

I absolutely love this car. I have driven it 103,000+ miles and it's been amazing. The only thing I would say is only get it serviced by Range Rover. When you let anyone else touch these cars they break 1,000 other things on them and it ends up costing you a fortune. Even though it may be cheaper to get it serviced elsewhere, don't. It will end up costing you more money in the long run.
