I enjoy driving this car. It has all the safety features I was looking for, and I appreciate the camera rear view mirror, along with the parking camera assist. I’m excited to try out the off-road features in a few months and think I could take this just about anywhere and be able to get back home. The various driving modes make this well-equipped.

April is absolutley awesome to work with, from the first time we spoke and through the whole buying process from flying down there, having our jeep shipped to us and still after the delivery. She was either a phone call, a text or email away with any questions or concerns that I had even after hours. Had a very small problem with an insert on the wheels and how it was strapped down by the driver of the shipping company ( nothing April or Bayshore had done) she jumped right in not having to and had a replacement in the mail to us within a day. I owned a 2012 that was a lemon and a 2015 that was awesome. I still loved both cars but the 2012 had all the first year issues, 2013 fixed half of them, 2014 fixed the last few, and the 2015 had no known issues. I have the 2-door and my only complaint would have to be high speed power. Up to 40 MPH it's a rocket but passing at 65+ it's gutless. Stereo is to die for. We loved the big pano-roof and it never got closed. Many compliments given and pictures taken by fans.

I recently had the Check Engine Light come on in my 2017 Jaguar F Pace. I called Crown Jaguar and was informed that there had been a computer hack and many services were limited. My service adviser, Mike Kelly, texted me and made an appointment for the following morning. I arrived at 7:30 and Mike had my car in for a diagnostic test right away. At 8:30 I was told that the problem was an oxygen sensor and the part was in stock. Better yet it was covered by a Jaguar special warranty. By 9:30 the repair was done and my car was being washed. By 10:15 I was home with a repaired and clean car. I don't know what Mike Kelly and the Jaguar technicians could have done better. Absolute excellent service.
