Just bought a 2019 and love it. Unfortunately it does NOT have heated seats which seems strange. Driving and maneuverability are a pleasure. In addition, I love the deep red color and the leather seats are still in great condition.

All good,until after sales. No follow up with questions asked about vehicle. Spoke to sales person and emailed her with absolutely no answers to my questions, even though I provided the documentation she had called me about. Frustrating and now I have to wait to see a manager once these snow storms clear and eats into my 90 day warranty.

Very good experience leasing a 2024 RR Sport. Our sales person, Steve Goldsmith, was very accommodating and spent significant time showing us their inventory and searching for other options. Christine Sarvaideo, Finance Director, was also very accommodating and explained the many add-on service options and later provided information regarding purchasing a front plate hideaway bracket and customizing calipers. This is our 2nd RR from Jaguar Land Rover New Rochelle and we are looking forward to building/ customizing our next RR and continuing our relationship in the future. Thank you.

I enjoy driving this car. It has all the safety features I was looking for, and I appreciate the camera rear view mirror, along with the parking camera assist. I’m excited to try out the off-road features in a few months and think I could take this just about anywhere and be able to get back home. The various driving modes make this well-equipped.

Purchased this Évoque in December 2025. Car had around $32k miles and looked brand new inside. Definitely feels luxurious. We especially love the heated seats in the back. Very easy and comfortable to drive. The roof is a tad lower than other SUVs we've had, so we had to get a little used to that, but it didn't take long. Very pleased with our selection and would recommend.

Lou was my salesperson and he was super communicative, explaining and re-explaining when he seemed to feel it was needed. No surprises along the way, I was able to test drive the van as much or as long as I wanted, have a mechanic come by to inspect it and they washed it and added a full tank of gas on pickup day. They had done some quality servicing to the vehicle as well before pickup day. Lou mentioned early on that he wasn't paid on a commission basis, which was a good detail for me to know. In the end, all the numbers were the same from the beginning to end, no "uh oh" moments and it was a super fast experience on pickup day - probably the fastest ever for me to get the keys and drive a new (to me) vehicle home. I will look to use them again if possible in the next year or so. Highly recommend.

This car met all my needs. Has a lot of leg room. Comfy and cozy for road trips or just for back and fourth. Back seat the perfect side for small kids or big kids. Rides very smooth with Bluetooth or usb.

Bought Model S Plaid from Duane. Exceptional level of communication. I picked my Brand new Model Y few months back at TESLA and this Car literally looks way better than my new Y. The aesthetic appearance, the cleaning, exterior and interior minor detailing, the shine is absolutely phenomenal. Guy puts his heart & soul into cars collection. I travelled from NY to Connecticut to pick up and all cars in showroom were pristine. Its definitely not Mercedes or BMW level showroom experience (who cares an Air Conditioned office or a snack). Don't get disappointed when you go in person lol. Guy is simple yet dedicated. I got fair value of my Model Y. Smooth documentation/transfer. Duane offered Complimentary ceramic coating as well that no one in industry offers with such narrow profit margin (Just because they do in house detailing and coatings). I had a first rate experience with the sales and finance team at Jaguar Land Rover Mt Kisco. Jennifer on the initial contact then Tyler on the test drive and all pre-sales communication. Finally Brittney on finance and final delivery. Just great teamwork all around. I felt actual customer service which many of us will agree is missing from most businesses these days. I visited on the second day being opened and had a great experience in buying a 2022 Explorer and trading in a 2016. It was seamless. Had an issue with the new car that turned out to be a factory defect that they had Ford correct. All good. I’ll be back.

I own the 2020 evoque base model. The tech is basic, not many bells and whistles for $43000.00. Its nice to look at, but not "impressive" in comfort or performance! The lag time off of the line is embarrassing too. Such hesitation is unacceptable! I wont say i regret the purchase, but look forward to my next car actually being fully loaded and quicker!

I bought this vehicle pre-owned with nearly 60,000 miles but the ride is still so comfortable and responsive. The luxurious seats and air suspension make it a joy to drive. So much power in a sub compact SUV and just enough room for storage. I highly recommend this vehicle as long as it is well maintained, you are less likely to suffer from problems related to neglect and avoid the expense.
