The car was as described and the Sales person ( Kevin Soltwedel) was available on his day off to show me the car after communicating via email. I eneded up purchasing the car and there was little hassle in doing so. I had one small issue with the key fob missing the key blade ( $30) part and initially dealership wouldn't agree to replace it. After some back and forth with my salesman, they finally agreed to make it right. I did feel that my salesman had to work too hard to rectify the issue internally at Land rover Bethesda, for something that should have been a non brainer

This is my first experience with Jaguar and it could not have been better. Because of my preferred options, I had to order my vehicle. My sales representative, Gavin, guided me through the entire process and kept me updated on the order. Upon delivery, the professional staff made the process a very smooth and personable. I was able to take my desired models out for a spin without any rush. They encouraged me to test various features and gave me all the details about performance, fuel efficiency, and safety. I had a 2014 Autobiography Firenz red with black and pimento interior. Absolutely loved the car, 150k and the only issue was the rear differential%. Pricy to fix but well worth it and any car with this many miles would expect similar repair. Have a 2019 supercharged with in Byron Blue metallic and tan and black interior, ordered with many of the Autobiography features, not one problem with regular maintenance. Will definitely purchase an EV version next. Absolutely the best car series I have owned, previous Mercedes, BMW and Jaguar. Not easy on the pocketbook, but if you don’t mind the extra expense, well worth every penny!

I’m been a Jaguar & Land Rover mechanic at the same dealership for over 20 years. I’ve had a few Range Rovers myself -all used. I’ve found if there’s a problem you’ll see it early and it’ll be on the CARFAX report clearly noting the malfunction and how many times it’s tried to of been repaired. RUN AWAY IF YOU FIND THIS TO BE THE CASE! If you find a used Range Rover with a clean CARFAX report then it’s built correctly and a worthy buy. Check the CARFAX report and then go from there. It’s the classist SUV on the road and a great car when built with the right parts worked on by quality mechanics vs parts that are defective -generic and continued to be a problem for the next owner. You can easily drive over 200k miles on a well built Range Rover. 2018 is the best year with the lowest complaint due to new electrical harnesses designed and a new computer module. It’s by far the best year this car was built.

As a first-time Range Rover (SE SUV) buyer I was very much impressed. Every aspect of the buying process was notably superb. My overall first-class experience started when I entered the showroom and I was warmly greeted by Derrick Reason, Client Advisor. I found Derrick to be exceptionally knowledgeable on the technical specs and attributes of the 2025 Range Rover SE SUV. Mr. Reason was not only well-informed and conversant, but equally important he was very nice, friendly and easy to talk to. Mr. Reason also introduced me to Mr. Tony Moorehead, Manager; who was also knowledgeable, very pleasant, helpful and he was definitely instrumental in moving me to a highly committed buyer phase. After speaking with both Mr. Reason and Mr. Moorehead, I firmly decided to move forward and begin the formal application process. Mr. Reason described the financing process in detail before introducing me to Omar Qaraghuli, Finance Director. Mr. Qaraghuli was thorough in explaining all financing options and I knew rightaway that he was very skilled in luxury vehicle financing and Omar successfully secured financing. Overall, I give Derrick, Tony, and Omar high marks and in turn Land Rover Chantilly. Prior to walking into the showroom at Land Rover Chantilly I had very high expectations and admittedly my expectation were overwhelmingly met! Kudos to the sales & financing teams! Job well done!

I had a very positive experience with my sale’s person Chris and the finance manager Wyatt! They made the whole process smooth and easy. I appreciated their understanding of my wants and didn’t push anything extra on to me. One of the main reasons I chose to purchase form this dealership was their 5 day return policy and the warranty the cars come with. That being said, the car was immaculate and extremely well prepped for sale. My mechanic said it was in almost perfect condition. I look forward to having many years of driving with my purchase!

Soooo fun to drive a vehicle this size with all wheel drive and over 500hp. 0-60 in 4.0 sec. Super luxury and comfort. Great cornering for such a tall vehicle. Comfortable for families. Can tow more than most full size trucks and xlarge suvs.

The car is surprisingly durable. I did more than 18000 miles per year. Did long drives, cross country cruises. Compared to Toyota, Honda, Lexus, Suzuki, I have owned in the past this is a powerful machine. Its beautiful and you can never stop driving. You will simply love it. Now at 63000 miles in 3.5 years and still loving every moment of it.

2021 Volvo was spotless and had had new brakes and new Michelin tires installed. Samantha was great: very pleasant, helpful, not at all pushy. Cash with no trade-in made it easy; still, Marcus was perfectly organized and sailed through the paperwork, explaining each. I don't think they could have done better...
