on 3/3/2021All of what my Used Land Range Rover needed was performed with Great precision I would have damage my vehicle if the facility system were not functioning appropriately . I found out upon entering the facility that my car needed a alignment both front and back, And the service director Michael Laurie and Paul Cardoso did a wonderful Job with seeing that safety and customer satisfaction with regards to the service requested I'm Very HAPPY!

Comfortable, lots of leg room, lots of features, great audio system, sun and moon roof, nice soft leather, nice sleek design. In summary it’s a beautiful car.

Sales associate Brian reassured us over the phone by fully explaining the procedure of buying a car from out of state and was fully transparent explaining the "out the door" price which eliminated any chance of confusion or error at the time of purchase! We knew it was worth the trip upon arrival and so impressed by how they operate. They are directly adjacent to one of the largest auto auction houses in the northeast (two per week) so they always have a huge selection of everything imaginable (including our Mini Cooper) on two separate sale lots. In addition to their finance department, there's a "full service" repair facility on site run by Khasha who ensures that no vehicle makes it onto or off their lot without his approval. His attention to detail and concern for safety gave us the peace of mind we were looking for. Awesome car with all the bells and whistles. I enjoy how it rides and my ability to handle the car. My niece and nephew definitely take advantage of the sunroof.

Great customer experience with Misha. After the initial test drive we knew that Range Rover will be ours in a matter of a few days. the Velar drives great. comfortable, quiet, easy to use features. I am experiencing an issue with the radio working for 45 minutes then gets garbled and static sounding. dealer and engineers had a problem diagnosing it as they never had this issue before. getting a new amplifier from england. hoping this works.

My recent purchase of my Range Rover was fantastic! My husband and I did some research online and found what we believed to be our new car. We took a chance as a walk -in without an appointment and Misha did an excellent job at accommodating us in between scheduled appointments with other customers. In addition, I wanted to explicitly highlight the wonderful brokering done by Misha with my insurance company who was having technical issues with sending over the new ID cards. Most beautiful SUV to date. Also one of the least reliable but manageable and not too much different than a typical European car, especially with an extended/cpo warranty. Do not expect Toyota reliability but this is also 10x more stylish. Material quality, interior and performance is also excellent. Pick your poison-reliable Toyota/Honda or a luxury car that oozes style, performance and luxury.
