My service manager Tom M is amazing at West Columbia Land Rover. Both of my Land Rovers had to go in at the same time. They go one of them back in less than 12 hours (new alternator) of going in. Then other one was ready the next day.

Most beautiful SUV to date. Also one of the least reliable but manageable and not too much different than a typical European car, especially with an extended/cpo warranty. Do not expect Toyota reliability but this is also 10x more stylish. Material quality, interior and performance is also excellent. Pick your poison-reliable Toyota/Honda or a luxury car that oozes style, performance and luxury.

Select Auto Imports is a highly professional group. I purchased a Range Rover from a different state without seeing the car. Paperwork was arranged by them via Fedex quickly. They are very knowledgeable and experienced with out-of-state transactions. The car was exactly as described by Select Auto in excellent condition with no surprises and no hassles. Got the top of the line Velar SVA that was only made in 2020. Compared to other cars line the X3M, X5M, GLE63 AMG etc... there was no comparison. A supercharged V8 will be and feel faster than any of those turbo engines. The throttle response is instantaneous and the torque is crazy. You get a high quality luxorious interior with rediculous performace and air suspension. I drove the car daily and had no issues at all. The car is super reliable and got lots of compliments. The exhaust sound is unreal. It sounds like AMG upshifts but louder with a completely stock exhaust. No annoying fake pops and bangs, just a clean agressive sound. Even now in 2025 the only SUV that comes close is the Cayenne GTS which is selling for 20k more. This is the best bang for your buck if you are looking for a limited release Range Rover that looks like the new Range Rover and has the performance of the last generation SVR (legendary car).

Crystal was great, I went to the inspection because my husband couldn?t and all the information that I got was clear and easy to understand, they got in charge of a recall that was due on our car; also the location of this place is really convenient, right in front of rose pike so you don?t have to stay at the dealership for hours without nothing to do.

Got 2 yr lease on Eiger Gray 2020 Velar p340 R-Dynamic S with full black package, including wheels...very pricey vehicle, with $13K+ in options...but i luuuv it...appearance and drive are stunning...that said, the "sport command" driving position is an issue, cannt get driver's seat high enough, but it goes low enough that you can't see over the dash...lol...also the B-pillar is very thick, as is the passenger seat headrest, so making left turn at T intersection is challenging...but i'm at 2 yrs now, and will probably do the lease end purchase option...also had it valued at JLR dealer yesterday and they would their purchase offer was only 63% of MSRP, with 13,500mi...LOL...and they wanted to sell me a 1-yr old Defender for 100% of MSRP...makes no financial cents (sic)...

So far everything is going well . It drives great very smooth ride .so far the gas mileage is on point. All of the features on the interior are well designed.

This was the first time that I've used CarMax... always felt that the "no-haggle" thing was just a grift. It's not. Very fairly priced car in pristine condition. They even transferred it for free. Transaction was relatively quick and painless as well. They were even able to take care of the REAL tags and title there as well. If you do your pricing research, they are most definitely an option. And thankfully there was no sleazy salesman vibe or upwelling. Would gladly use them again. Oh, and they actually FILLED the tank, which USED TO BE commonplace, and I didn't have to ask.

Awesome car with all the bells and whistles. I enjoy how it rides and my ability to handle the car. My niece and nephew definitely take advantage of the sunroof.

The car was as described and the Sales person ( Kevin Soltwedel) was available on his day off to show me the car after communicating via email. I eneded up purchasing the car and there was little hassle in doing so. I had one small issue with the key fob missing the key blade ( $30) part and initially dealership wouldn't agree to replace it. After some back and forth with my salesman, they finally agreed to make it right. I did feel that my salesman had to work too hard to rectify the issue internally at Land rover Bethesda, for something that should have been a non brainer

The sales associate I working with was great, very accommodating as I had children with me. It was a bit difficult because they were renovating at the time I was there and they usually have a kids area. I?m sure it will be a little easier when everything is finished. The only slow part was actually signing the papers for the vehicle purchase because the business office was behind and what was originally predicted to me to take one hour took almost 2.5 hours.

After connecting with the Tony, the sales manager, I set up an appointment to see the car. The sales team was friendly and welcoming. I will disclose that I take an extremely detailed in my approach to buying a used car. Tony and his team accommodated my request to put the car on a lift, talk to his service manager, and get the car inspected in Maryland because the requirements are different state to state. In addition, Tony was flexible and straight shooting about the cost of his car and extremely transparent when discussing terms. Tony went the extra mile and addressed my concerns regarding specific items that caused the car to fail Maryland inspection. What I valued the most, was Tony's honesty during the process. Don't get me wrong the sales team are salesmen because they need to sell a car. But the experience was good because Tony went out of his way to be creative in order to make a deal. All in all it was a good experience.

This car met all my expectations - nice ride, comfortable - was a little skeptical about the gas prices but realized it was actually not that bad - now gas to miles is something else.

Beautiful style. Best looking SUV out there. Back seat leg room a bit snug for such a large vehicle. Electronics buggy. Shuts down completely occasionally. Takes a few minutes with car turned off before it will reboot. Great looking interior. It drives & feels larger than it is.
