I didn't end up buying the used car I was looking for, but wanted to leave a positive review for Garry, the salesperson who helped me, and the dealership as a whole. This is a nicely-appointed place, as you might expect from the high-end cars that they sell. Everyone was friendly and helpful and there was no high-pressure sales pitch. Ultimately I chose a different car at a different dealer, but I can't complain at all about these folks.

I purchased a certified 2023 Range Rover Velar 2 years ago from a dealer with 7K miles and now have 29K miles. I have had zero issues and have been very happy with the purchase. The original owner had purchased 2 service contracts which will cover 4 years of my ownership. The local dealer has been exceptional.

Any one I came in contact with greeted me and made sure I was okay :) Rusty was my salesman; and he stayed in contact with me over a month helping me find the vehicle I wanted. Brad Bryant; manager was super sweet and assisted me with everything I needed. Phil was the finance manager, and he made everything work, and super sweet. Most beautiful SUV to date. Also one of the least reliable but manageable and not too much different than a typical European car, especially with an extended/cpo warranty. Do not expect Toyota reliability but this is also 10x more stylish. Material quality, interior and performance is also excellent. Pick your poison-reliable Toyota/Honda or a luxury car that oozes style, performance and luxury.

I was told that I needed rear shock's by the mechanic but I had my rear shock's changed about two weeks ago, so not sure what the mechanic was seeing that had him/her think that I needed the repair🤔

My fiancé got me a black Landrover Rangerover Velar 2019 !! I’m in love 🥰 it’s so beautiful, it has so many features I love how I can set my cruise and it will slow me down and speed up with out shutting off my cruise on high way !! I love how the handles on the doors go in to lock and Back out to unlock ! it drives like a dream!! 💭 it’s got lots a space for my two kiddos a nice big trunk ! You will love it !! I definitely recommend !!

Where do I start? I purchased my Beloved Jeep from Palmer Dodge Jeep in Roswell, GA in May of 2020. The Sales staff (Thomas Jackson) was great, and the overall service was great during that purchase experience. Since the time of my purchase, I have taken my Jeep to be serviced by Palmer for every Oil change, Lube, and all other maintenance. On June 25th, 2022, I had a major Drive Train issue with my Four-Wheel Drive shaft which malfunctioned and completely destroyed my Transfer Case while I was driving at 80 MPH on the Highway. The event was extremely scary and highly unusual for any vehicle, particular a jeep. I had my vehicle towed to Palmer that day, they gave me a Nice 2022 Jeep Low Miles Loaner for the entire duration of the time my vehicle was under repair. In May of 2020, I had purchased the Drive Train Warranty that was highly recommended by Thomas and the sales Manager. You never really know if you will need that warranty until you need that warranty. Kim K., my Case manager for Palmer Service Dept, was truly the Best!, she handled everything from the start, she kept me in the loop throughout every step of the process with parts ordered, parts cost, parts delivery, installation, to completion. David K, the Service Manger did an excellent job explaining my Warranty and all that was covered. I am truly glad I made that Purchase of the Warranty. From David K., Kim K, and Jim the Technician that fixed my 2015 Jeep Wrangler, the service at Palmer Dodge was Fantastic and I highly recommend them for the Purchase of the Vehicle, Service and Repair, and just overall customer service satisfaction. My experience with Palmer Dodge and dealing with a major car repair and a potential huge car repair bill if the warranty was not in place, was stressful but was completely catered to by the excellent customer service from the entire staff. Beautiful style. Best looking SUV out there. Back seat leg room a bit snug for such a large vehicle. Electronics buggy. Shuts down completely occasionally. Takes a few minutes with car turned off before it will reboot. Great looking interior. It drives & feels larger than it is.

I love this car it drives smooth and I love the 3 different drive height levels. I have to admit when I first recived it I was afraid to drive it due to the center knob gear, now I love it and it's so easy. THIS CAR IS SOLID AND FEELS safe I haven't had any problems with it yet.(fingers crossed) The only thing I miss is not having my.sunglass holder for my sunglasses but I figured a spot for them. The sun/moonroof is amazing and it's very roomy in the back seat ..

I am biased so factor that in when digesting this. Last year (2019) I was driven home from our local Land Rover dealer in a new Velar (I had dropped off my daughter’s Land Rover LR2 for service). I felt like I was riding in my living room (only with a better sound system) so I decided then and there (and after studying sales literature) that I would work towards buying a new Velar (ordered with everything I wanted on it) in 2021. The pandemic made it possible for me to buy an almost new one (15,200 miles one owner) a year sooner so I did it in impulse. The one I bought may be missing an option or two (I was going to buy the top version Meridian sound system with 1725-Watts amplifier power - got the next one below with 825-Watts) but I am thrilled. It has taken a few weeks of YouTube video watching and trial to learn most of the Velar’s features. Still learning. I liken being in a well-equipped P380 (supercharged V6 with 380 horsepower) R-Dynamic SE to being in a spaceship with wheels. The Velar has these gorgeous super high definition displays down the center front and a driver display with similar visibility and nearly a thousand display options. The cockpit and interior is where I go to feel safe and glorious. The Velar couples this feeling with abilities I have never owned in a vehicle: examples: the above the Velar 360-degree “Bird’s-Eye or Hovering Drone View” of the vehicle and its near surroundings - this view of the Velar’s surroundings appears whenever the Velar senses you may be getting close to something - the Velar makes you aware of anything that gets too close anywhere; my garage floor is higher than the sloping driveway I back down so every time I put the Velar in Reverse both driver and passenger mirror automatically tilt downward as the vehicle starts tilting backwards - works flawlessly! ; the Velar tells you before you begin a trip if any passenger is not properly belted in (my daughter’s friends thought I had eyes in the back of my head or in the back seat ; one of the coolest things I have ever witnessed happened when I returned to home after dark and parked the Velar in my garage - my garage door openers have lights and they were ‘ON’ but no other lights were on. I noticed when I opened my driver door that the Velar was illuminating the garage floor near both my driver door and at the passenger side door with a gorgeous circle of light with the image of a Velar inside the circle!! I am just amazed at the thought and consideration behind designing this feature into the vehicle. You never step out anywhere into total darkness. Wow. I just love this vehicle. Some words of advice: get the P380 - but an e-vehicle if you are worried about fuel economy and/or carbon footprint or number of barrels of oil burned a year - skip the 4-banger P250 as that is a different less glorious vehicle; get the R-Dynamic as it means the vehicle rides on magnetic based suspension like most modern Corvettes and some Cadillacs. You won’t regret the benefit in ride, handling, and off road bad weather driving. Get the 825-Watt Meridian surround system minimum as it rivals the sound of my 14-channel 8000-Watt main home theater. The British remain marvels at sound reproduction in moving vehicles (note: Bose made in USA is OK but is in no league close to a well engineered and specified British design - the Meridian system in my daughter’s LR2 rivals my $20000 home system in pure enjoyment. I bought a seven year transferable bumper to bumper extended Land Rover warranty - do likewise as it is great financial security and adds value to the vehicle when sold. Dreams do come true.

Got the top of the line Velar SVA that was only made in 2020. Compared to other cars line the X3M, X5M, GLE63 AMG etc... there was no comparison. A supercharged V8 will be and feel faster than any of those turbo engines. The throttle response is instantaneous and the torque is crazy. You get a high quality luxorious interior with rediculous performace and air suspension. I drove the car daily and had no issues at all. The car is super reliable and got lots of compliments. The exhaust sound is unreal. It sounds like AMG upshifts but louder with a completely stock exhaust. No annoying fake pops and bangs, just a clean agressive sound. Even now in 2025 the only SUV that comes close is the Cayenne GTS which is selling for 20k more. This is the best bang for your buck if you are looking for a limited release Range Rover that looks like the new Range Rover and has the performance of the last generation SVR (legendary car).
