The experience with Lux Cars was great from beginning to end. I purchased this car long distance and did not see it until it arrived with the shipper. Sherry was so helpful with photos and Facetime to make sure I was comfortable with the transaction. She made sure the car was prepped properly before shipping and even answered her phone and helped at 9 pm one night when there was a shipping issue. Got the top of the line Velar SVA that was only made in 2020. Compared to other cars line the X3M, X5M, GLE63 AMG etc... there was no comparison. A supercharged V8 will be and feel faster than any of those turbo engines. The throttle response is instantaneous and the torque is crazy. You get a high quality luxorious interior with rediculous performace and air suspension. I drove the car daily and had no issues at all. The car is super reliable and got lots of compliments. The exhaust sound is unreal. It sounds like AMG upshifts but louder with a completely stock exhaust. No annoying fake pops and bangs, just a clean agressive sound. Even now in 2025 the only SUV that comes close is the Cayenne GTS which is selling for 20k more. This is the best bang for your buck if you are looking for a limited release Range Rover that looks like the new Range Rover and has the performance of the last generation SVR (legendary car).

I purchased a certified 2023 Range Rover Velar 2 years ago from a dealer with 7K miles and now have 29K miles. I have had zero issues and have been very happy with the purchase. I can honestly say I’m not one of those people who usually writes a review. But this time I was compelled to write a review. From my brand specialist Ernie Alvarez to the fabulous finance manager Josh Bruhn I can’ say I never had a better experience purchasing a car. Most of the time I’ve dreaded going into a car dealership feeling like I was going to be taken advantage of or not taken care of or I was gonna have to haggle, haggle,haggle. From walking into the door I was greeted with a warm smile a comfortable confident handshake. Ernie was a great salesman! He gave me all of car information, gave me the Carfax showed me the price I was getting made sure I was comfortable. These should be things that you get from a car dealership but they are not things that you always get. If you look to purchase a car new or used car the Audi exchange in St Charles ask for Ernie Alvarez he’s is your guy. The finance manager was fabulous !!! Again that’s not something you normally say about a car dealership’s finance manager. I have already had my preapproved financing when I walked in, had a nice rate he went the extra mile and found me an even better rate. Got me a fabulous price with my warranty and made sure I knew all that the warranty entailed. Great dealership it was over an hour away from me and I was looking for a particular used car that they had and I am so glad that I chose that dealership. I can wholeheartedly recommend this dealership.

Got 2 yr lease on Eiger Gray 2020 Velar p340 R-Dynamic S with full black package, including wheels...very pricey vehicle, with $13K+ in options...but i luuuv it...appearance and drive are stunning...that said, the "sport command" driving position is an issue, cannt get driver's seat high enough, but it goes low enough that you can't see over the dash...lol...also the B-pillar is very thick, as is the passenger seat headrest, so making left turn at T intersection is challenging...but i'm at 2 yrs now, and will probably do the lease end purchase option...also had it valued at JLR dealer yesterday and they would their purchase offer was only 63% of MSRP, with 13,500mi...LOL...and they wanted to sell me a 1-yr old Defender for 100% of MSRP...makes no financial cents (sic)...

Ziegler Land Rover steals buyers money and cars. They sell new vehicles to you and then negligently deliver this to someone else with no any proper documentation. When you request your car or money back they simply kick you out declaring that deal is done. Then they steal your sales tax money and they try to register the stolen vehicle on your name. General manager and new cars sales manager are making at you telling to go to the insurance company. But there is no any insurance because the vehicle wears never delivered. Do not buy any cars from this fat cockroach. They are thief.

This car met all my expectations - nice ride, comfortable - was a little skeptical about the gas prices but realized it was actually not that bad - now gas to miles is something else.

the Velar drives great. comfortable, quiet, easy to use features. I am experiencing an issue with the radio working for 45 minutes then gets garbled and static sounding. dealer and engineers had a problem diagnosing it as they never had this issue before. getting a new amplifier from england. hoping this works.

Most beautiful SUV to date. Also one of the least reliable but manageable and not too much different than a typical European car, especially with an extended/cpo warranty. Do not expect Toyota reliability but this is also 10x more stylish. Material quality, interior and performance is also excellent. Pick your poison-reliable Toyota/Honda or a luxury car that oozes style, performance and luxury.

My fiancé got me a black Landrover Rangerover Velar 2019 !! I’m in love 🥰 it’s so beautiful, it has so many features I love how I can set my cruise and it will slow me down and speed up with out shutting off my cruise on high way !! I love how the handles on the doors go in to lock and Back out to unlock ! it drives like a dream!! 💭 it’s got lots a space for my two kiddos a nice big trunk ! You will love it !!
