Sales associate Brian reassured us over the phone by fully explaining the procedure of buying a car from out of state and was fully transparent explaining the "out the door" price which eliminated any chance of confusion or error at the time of purchase! We knew it was worth the trip upon arrival and so impressed by how they operate. They are directly adjacent to one of the largest auto auction houses in the northeast (two per week) so they always have a huge selection of everything imaginable (including our Mini Cooper) on two separate sale lots. In addition to their finance department, there's a "full service" repair facility on site run by Khasha who ensures that no vehicle makes it onto or off their lot without his approval. His attention to detail and concern for safety gave us the peace of mind we were looking for. Jay was so nice and patient with me, even though my BD wouldn’t shut up and was so annoying the entire time Jay was patient and friendly constantly lol !! He let me test drive many vehicle until I found the one I really liked. They made my purchase a pleasant Stress-free experience. All of their cars are pretty clean and very reasonably priced, much lower than all these other, high-priced dealers around. This vehicle exceeded our expectations. It has more bells and whistles than you can imagine. We constantly find new features and refer to the owners manual often. You definitely need a pre-flight check with the dealer to understand all you are gaining with this vehicle. Safety and convenience are top notch. We love how the side mirrors position down, when backing up and return to normal on their own. The parking and blind spot monitoring systems are a plus. This car rides like a dream on long trips. We used to feel worn out after a long day on the road, not with this Rover, you actually enjoy the drive and your time on the road. Thanks to it's air suspension, you will find it comfortable to both enter and exit this SUV. Wish we would have bought one of these years ago.

Long time (Decades) Land Rover owner, driver, enthusiast, glutton for punishment... We have 3 other LR's in the family fleet as well as Toyotas and Subarus. I purchased this one CPO 2 years ago and took it on a major family road trip, spanning over 4 months and 11 states. We drove the vehicle more than 300 miles off-road, over desert sand, small rocks, big rocks, Jeep Roads, and 3 remote mountain passes over 12,000 feet. On road we drove it very high speed on lonely freeways in western states. Our LR Discovery HSE delivered flawlessly. The Windsor Leather interior is very stylish, functional and comfortable. The Disco handles like a sports car and has a very tight turning radius (can make an easy u-turn on most streets). Now it's mostly used day to day in town, hauling kids to and from school and sports and driving to work. We've taught 2 kids to drive in this car. It still looks and smells new. Everything works well and after putting many miles on the odometer it's begging for more. Regular oil changes and routine maintenance, that's it. Now we're well aware of issues with LR's and most every expensive vehicle...it seems to run with the territory. On this car my hat's off to Land Rover! This Discovery is a fantastic vehicle!! Love it so much, I decided to get a brand new Defender. After a few months the jury's still out on which is the better vehicle... I can assure you, we'll have a good time reaching that conclusion and we'll let you know when we figure it out!

Outstanding vehicle ... gas mileage between 28-32 mpg. Oil changes a bit on the pricey side typically would not take to the dealer there are other options that are less expensive, other than that as long as its under warranty (and that is the case with any high-end vehicle) you are golden.

With comfortable seating for seven, this car is exactly what we were looking for. We haven’t had it long but we are looking forward to years of driving.

I found a Ford F250 that had the options I was looking for on cars.com that Blasius of Middletown had in stock. Contacted Edwin (salesman) to confirm truck was still there and set up an appointment. The truck was detailed and ready to go when I arrived after a 3 hour drive to the dealership. I liked the truck, so I made the purchase. We negotiated a little on my trade and came to a deal we could both agree to. Overall had a smooth transaction.

on 3/3/2021All of what my Used Land Range Rover needed was performed with Great precision I would have damage my vehicle if the facility system were not functioning appropriately . I found out upon entering the facility that my car needed a alignment both front and back, And the service director Michael Laurie and Paul Cardoso did a wonderful Job with seeing that safety and customer satisfaction with regards to the service requested I'm Very HAPPY!

I bought a Defender 90 P400 when I got tired of waiting for a Bronco and couldn't be happier. As soon as I got it I went on a 3000 mile cross country trip including a stop in Texas for hunting where it traversed rocky and steep trails as well as hauling game. It did everything without a hitch and has been rock solid. So much quieter and more comfortable than the Bronco, and probably 80% as capable offroad. Will cruise all day in quiet at 90 even with off road tires. My favorite car purchase and that includes Lexus, Corvette, BMW M5/M240, GMC Denali, Ford Platinum. Waited 8 months but worth it.

What an experience it was!!!! From the moment we walked through the door to leaving dealership in our new Range Rover. Misha Malchevsky was a tremendous help in showroom which by the way is just beautiful. Misha explained everything to us in details in very friendly and professional way. Great customer experience with Misha. After the initial test drive we knew that Range Rover will be ours in a matter of a few days. The staff of this dealership goes above and beyond to make customer well informed and most of all happy.

Let me start by saying I love Land Rover products, have owned a few, and I love this car but... I've had more electronic issues with this car than all previous combined. Granted, it has a lot more technology than previous models I've owned, so there is that. Land Rover frequently sends software updates to the car that must be downloaded. It takes several attempts to ever get them to work/download properly. The last one I received I finally had to take it to the dealer to let them do it (after several weeks of trying). Additionally, the camera system had to be replaced for intermittent interruptions that progressively got worse over a few months time (car is a year old now). Big problem for this car b/c it's difficult to see out of the car and the cams are a necessity. Beyond the electronic issues, the car looks great and performs well on my ranch where I actually need a car that can get around in all weather conditions and on the inclines and rough terrain we have - plus I just enjoy driving it. Hoping they work out the electronics. I plan to keep the car for a good while.

My recent purchase of my Range Rover was fantastic! My husband and I did some research online and found what we believed to be our new car. We took a chance as a walk -in without an appointment and Misha did an excellent job at accommodating us in between scheduled appointments with other customers. In addition, I wanted to explicitly highlight the wonderful brokering done by Misha with my insurance company who was having technical issues with sending over the new ID cards. We are delighted with our purchase with Land Rover Hartford and would highly recommend.

I just bought the 2024 Defender 110. This is my second one as I drove the first one for four years with zero issues. I love the look, power (P400), comfort, and capabilities of the Defender. I tow a boat in the summers and I am amazed how well this thing pulls. The Defender is very capable and sure footed off road when going hunting etc…but it’s also a smooth comfortable daily driver. Overall I couldn’t be happier with this SUV.

My Defender is very fun to drive. The interior is spacious, comfortable and very quiet. The exterior styling gets lots of attention and I am constantly getting guys coming over and asking to take a look. I have the P400 engine and it has lots of power and I love the growl it makes when I step into the gas. If your looking for a vehicle that feels like a luxury car on the inside but can still go off roading with ease this is the one.
