I had visited previous dealerships and none of the car dealers could provide me what I was looking for. Glen was able to trade in my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee lease and put me into a 2017 jaguar f pace. I am so excited to be driving this car and not leasing anymore. The first time I went I was supposed to be with one employee but for some reason he wasn?t the one that took me in and help me. Instead my guide through the whole process was Glen Spardello, he is a great employee, AMAZING one! We showed me every model available based on what i told him I was looking for, the models she showed me didn?t disappoint me! I am new to Rhode Island so he explained to me everything I needed to do and he was extremely patient with me and willing to work with me at all times, which is something many others lack of!

Purchased this Évoque in December 2025. Car had around $32k miles and looked brand new inside. Definitely feels luxurious. We especially love the heated seats in the back. Very easy and comfortable to drive. The roof is a tad lower than other SUVs we've had, so we had to get a little used to that, but it didn't take long. Very pleased with our selection and would recommend.

I’ve purchased a lot of vehicles and have never had a better experience than I did with the team at Jake Kaplan’s. My salesperson Brian was extremely friendly and answered all my questions. He wasn’t pushy at all. He introduced me to the GM Chris, who spend time with me going through the particulars of leasing and was extremely helpful hammering out the details. We actually laughed and had fun buying a car! Thanks also to Dan who did a great job explaining the paperwork and registration process. It went very smooth. Viti exceeded our expectations. Their service department went above and beyond any experience I’ve ever had with any dealership! Our convertible top was stuck in the open position on Cape Cod. The service manager Tony picked up the phone at 7:30 am on Monday, my car was in the shop Tuesday morning. Russell, our service rep, called Tuesday afternoon car was ready for pickup Thursday. To top off my experience they delivered the car back to the Cape Cod!!!!! The absolute best experience of my life with a dealership!!!

Dealt with a gentlemen named Ernie, he was very professional and non-aggressive The whole transaction was clean, prompt, and worry-free. The 2015 Honda pilot I purchased had its blemishes which was too be expected, and all Ernie would say when I pointed something out was “Oh. no problem we will take care of that!” Not that I haven’t heard this before but they did take care of EVERYTHING, This vehicle looked brand new when they were done with it! Car had all the bells and whistles i needed and very clean for a used vehicle, minimal mileage and very well kept and clean. So far the best used luxury vehicle I have ever owned.

The problem people are having with their rover is not the actual mechanical issue as it is the personnel assigned to repair. Let’s face it things happen;it’s up to the technicians to repair the issues, these sorry technicians is the problem.
