Let me start by saying I love Land Rover products, have owned a few, and I love this car but... I've had more electronic issues with this car than all previous combined. Granted, it has a lot more technology than previous models I've owned, so there is that. Land Rover frequently sends software updates to the car that must be downloaded. It takes several attempts to ever get them to work/download properly. The last one I received I finally had to take it to the dealer to let them do it (after several weeks of trying). Additionally, the camera system had to be replaced for intermittent interruptions that progressively got worse over a few months time (car is a year old now). Big problem for this car b/c it's difficult to see out of the car and the cams are a necessity. Beyond the electronic issues, the car looks great and performs well on my ranch where I actually need a car that can get around in all weather conditions and on the inclines and rough terrain we have - plus I just enjoy driving it. Hoping they work out the electronics. I plan to keep the car for a good while.

After many incredible purchases from this dealership, this is our first custom build. From the start of the build Ryan was awesome assisting us with all the options. Took deposit and then we waited. Due to supply chain issues we were told it may take over a year. We understood and were fine with that. His communication during that time was top notch. The call came that our car would be in. Could not wait and delivery was no different. No games no hidden fees. He took his time and explained everything. You can tell he loves the product and represents the brand well. On to Derek to finalize the paperwork. The incredible customer service continued. Everyone there made us feel at home and we had another incredible purchase experience!!! I drive my Defender when I want the capability of my Jeep Rubicon but when I want luxury and comfort. The P400 engine packs a punch. I own the LWB model 130 and even with its size, it maneuvers about with ease. The ride is quiet and smooth but shifts into a rugged off-roader. The simplistic interior and lack of carpet is a WIN and must have for an off road vehicle. Love the larger 11” responsive screen. I also love the option to delete the 3rd row seat.

While the dealership is great, Jacob Agin is what makes it greater. He answered all my questions and followed up with me. Recently, I experienced the unfortunate event of getting a flat tire while traveling with my senior citizen mother and two Chihuahuas. We were nearing the end of a four-hour journey to visit my college student daughter. The tire had a tear in the sidewall. Although I had a spare tire, it had a “plug” in it, and I didn’t have the necessary tools to change the tire because they had been removed from my vehicle. It was around 5:15 p.m. on a Friday night. My first call was to AAA, but I was informed that I needed to text them due to an extended wait time. I then called Land Rover Roadside Assistance, where the agent explained that a tow truck driver could assist me in about two hours. They advised me to leave my vehicle where it was and put the key in the glovebox. However, given the situation, sitting by the highway for two hours was not an option. I next called Uber, but they informed me of their no-dog in cars policy. My final call was to Land Rover Fort Myers on S. Tamiami Trail. A very pleasant receptionist answered, and I explained my situation. She asked me to hold on, and then Albert Sammelian picked up the call. He mentioned that the porters had already finished for the day, but he would find someone to help me. Albert drove to my location with Paul Vaccari and brought me a loaner vehicle. I was genuinely amazed that they went out of their way to assist us in such difficult circumstances. It was Friday evening, late, and they probably had better things to do after a long day. Their kindness and helpfulness exceeded my expectations, and they truly went above and beyond in helping a customer. Did I mention that my car was also repaired in less than 24 hours? This is an amazing dealership with remarkable people.

The vehicle handles and performs beautifully. The climate controls, adaptive cruise control and infotainment screen controls are clumsy, and divert attention away from driving safety. Sadly, this vehicle has no cooling seats. A vehicle of this caliber should automatically have heated and cooled seats. This model has no semi auto steering.

Under the radar vehicle. 355 HP So power is plenty strong. Feels solid and safe and a bargain compared to RR Sport. Not everyone wants a Defender with big tire on the rear. This Discovery is a great SUV with capabilities galore.
