I will begin by saying that I really enjoyed my experience at the Mercedez of South Florida - Service Center. Viktor was outmost pleasant, patient and courteous throughout my experience at the service center. I was visiting family from New York and my engine light came on as I was driving down to Florida. I drive an IMG Mercedes GLC 63S Coupe. I called up Mercedes of South Florida - Service Center and spoke to Victor and he told me to bring my car in for a check up. When I arrived I got to sit down in Victor's office and explain how and when the car started to show the engine light. He explained that he would like to put the car in the Mercedes Diagnostics to see what codes the car registered when the engine light came on. When I purchased my vehicle I got the extended warranty of 75,000 miles. After a few minutes, he came back and explained that the car had leaks in both the turbos. He continued to assure me that he would take care of the issue with no problem. The service center looked very busy since it was the day before New Years Eve. He kept coming back to me periodically to make sure I was being taken care of. That showed me that he really cared. After the repair was finished he apologized to me for the time I spent there waiting away from my grand-son that I was visiting. They replaced the two turbo clamps so that there is no more leak. I in return thanked him for his support and care that he showed towards me as a customer. My car now runs smooth and is in great shape. Viktor you are a great person and wonderful human being for showing me great patience and respect. Mercedes of South Florida - Service Center will be proud to have you in their staff. I would not be surprised that you someday get promoted to a higher leadership role because of your patience and communication skills you have with your customers and people around you. I had one of the best experiences away from home in car service center. Thank you Viktor and thank you Mercedes of South Florida for this wonderful experience. I rate my experience a 5 out of 5.

Just purchased a 2019 with 37,000 miles. Rides like a dream! I prefer to buy low mileage used and let someone else take the depreciation hit.

Bought a 2022 rover sport hst worh 22 wheels and 825 watt meridian stereo. Best suv I’ve ever had! I’ve had a 2021 gle 350, 2017 levante and 2017 rx350 and love the rover sport above all of those . Hoping to get another one with the 1700 watt Meridian. The 825 watt meridian is the best stereo I’ve had in a car by far . Buy it ! You won’t be disappointed . Car has been super reliable thus far .

The car is surprisingly durable. I did more than 18000 miles per year. Did long drives, cross country cruises. Compared to Toyota, Honda, Lexus, Suzuki, I have owned in the past this is a powerful machine. Its beautiful and you can never stop driving. You will simply love it. Now at 63000 miles in 3.5 years and still loving every moment of it.

I took my Porsche Panamera in for a radiator leak. from the time that I took it to the service department I was met with professionalism and kindness. I had a 2014 Autobiography Firenz red with black and pimento interior. Absolutely loved the car, 150k and the only issue was the rear differential%. Pricy to fix but well worth it and any car with this many miles would expect similar repair. Have a 2019 supercharged with in Byron Blue metallic and tan and black interior, ordered with many of the Autobiography features, not one problem with regular maintenance. Will definitely purchase an EV version next. Absolutely the best car series I have owned, previous Mercedes, BMW and Jaguar. Not easy on the pocketbook, but if you don’t mind the extra expense, well worth every penny!

First of all, I am 80 years old, live in North Carolina, and was not able to visit dealership. My experience with Mercedes-Benz of South Orlando was exceptional, especially dealing thru Navin over the last couple of weeks for a used vehicle. Received the vehicle today and it was in pristine condition. I was a little concerned at first, about buying a used vehicle without actually visiting the dealership in person. Navin put my mind at ease, and my decision to go forward with the purchase of this vehicle was because of all the photos that he sent, his very professional attitude in answering all my concerns and questions. At this point, I have nothing but respect and gratitude for his input in me making my decision. I had been searching, for months, this particular vehicle, in this particular color and have had bad experiences with other dealers during this search. I just bought the 2024 Defender 110. This is my second one as I drove the first one for four years with zero issues. I love the look, power (P400), comfort, and capabilities of the Defender. I tow a boat in the summers and I am amazed how well this thing pulls. The Defender is very capable and sure footed off road when going hunting etc…but it’s also a smooth comfortable daily driver. Overall I couldn’t be happier with this SUV.

Very friendly service. I was kept very well informed about the progress of my car repair. It was a comfortable environment to work in on my laptop and sip coffee during the repair time. In fact I stayed a few extra minutes to finish up on some of my work. Most enjoyable.

The vehicle handles and performs beautifully. The climate controls, adaptive cruise control and infotainment screen controls are clumsy, and divert attention away from driving safety. Sadly, this vehicle has no cooling seats. A vehicle of this caliber should automatically have heated and cooled seats. This model has no semi auto steering.

Amazing vehicle that rides super smoothly and is solid as a rock. All the features and remote app work really well. It has a strong V6, very smooth transmission and the rear AC is cold.

We, wife and I decided we wanted a convertible vehicle. We had a C- class before so we went to MB of Orlando. We were greeted by a young man by the name of Mr J. Haines. Asked us how he could assist us and we explained what we were looking for. He showed us a few vehicles in the range we mentioned. Mr Haines was not pushy or tried to get us out of our comfort zone. We felt comfortable and at ease because of the way he treated us. Very good communication with us and salesman. We are very happy with our new ( used ) car and with the dealership. Beautiful style. Best looking SUV out there. Back seat leg room a bit snug for such a large vehicle. Electronics buggy. Shuts down completely occasionally. Takes a few minutes with car turned off before it will reboot. Great looking interior. It drives & feels larger than it is.

I drive my Defender when I want the capability of my Jeep Rubicon but when I want luxury and comfort. The P400 engine packs a punch. I own the LWB model 130 and even with its size, it maneuvers about with ease. The ride is quiet and smooth but shifts into a rugged off-roader. The simplistic interior and lack of carpet is a WIN and must have for an off road vehicle. Love the larger 11” responsive screen. I also love the option to delete the 3rd row seat.

Under the radar vehicle. 355 HP So power is plenty strong. Feels solid and safe and a bargain compared to RR Sport. Not everyone wants a Defender with big tire on the rear. This Discovery is a great SUV with capabilities galore.
