Many people are always concerned when they are about to buy a new car and need to walk into a dealership to discuss and negotiate, arming themselves to the teeth! So, I did my research online and on social media and analyzed all the reviews of Lexus dealerships, each and everyone of them. One dealership stood out with consistently excellent sales and service reviews.That was Lexus of Greenwich! So I drove from NYC to the Lexus Greenwich dealership bypassing all the other dealerships along the way. I was not disappointed! From the first moment I spoke with the staff over the phone and through many Emails and text messages to the moment I drove to the dealership and test drove and purchased a new TX 35O, I was deeply impressed with the staff’s transparency, sincerity, honesty, good faith, and customer friendly attitude in both words AND actions! Big kudos to Anisa, Zak and Niketa of the Sales team!!! And, a big shout out too to Manav who comprehensively and patiently demonstrated all the many features of the SUV to me. He is the Tech Guy of all Tech Guys!!! I’m happy to leave another positive review of Lexus of Greenwich in a long line of positive reviews!

2 Manny’s Auto Sales was the very best experience I ever have had with a car dealer, new or used. I bought a Chrysler 300C. It was immaculate when it was ready. It runs flawlessly. Absolutely everything works as intended. It had new tires and brakes as well as one part that tends to be a problem replaced – a $1000 repair. Done. Both of my personal mechanics looked it over and put it up on the rack. They went through it thoroughly and said it was the best used car they ever had seen. The staff is incredibly polite and patient. They are true professionals. If they can find me the same car as I just bought, I might very well trade in one of my current cars. The Range Rover Sport is truly one of a kind, it is a perfectly sized vehicle with great driving dynamics. Although the Sport is a great vehicle, I recommend the full sized Range Rover instead of the Sport, it is pricier, but it is worth every penny with its way more luxurious ride and features. I have test driven every Sport model aside from the diesels and hybrids and kept going back to test drive the 2021 HST V6, 2021 HSE Dynamic V8 and the Autobiography V8. These trims are the best driving trims out of all of the various trims with more than enough power. What I found odd was that if you wanted massaged seats, you would have to get an Autobiography, which starts $11,000 more than the HSE Dynamic for only massaged seats and different moving seats with the same engine.. Whereas Mercedes and BMW offer massaged seats in their base model GLE’s and X5’s.. Although these trims are great, they could have used some better integration when it comes to software and features. The 360 camera and even normal backup camera did not take up the full screen which is only 10 inches big. Ambient lighting is basically only in the footwell which looks a little aftermarket. The adaptive cruise control is subpar. Other brands have way better lane centering and will automatically switch lanes whereas Land Rover does not have that. I believe the new 2024 Sport will fix these issues, however it is yet to be released but the new 2023 full sized was released not too long ago and I will be purchasing it when it is in dealerships. I ended up ordering a 2021 Mercedes GLE AMG instead of the Sport, which I am very much happy with. Back in late 2015 I test drove the 2016 Supercharged and Autobiography trims of the Sport. I was not exactly too impressed with it and ended up getting a 2016 Mercedes GLE AMG Coupe which I am glad I got. However in 2017, I wanted another car but bigger for increased practicality and got a 2017 full sized Range Rover Supercharged. Way better than the Sport. The build quality is better, drives better and more features than the Sport. If reliability is a big factor for you, I would look at other brands like BMW’s inline 6 called the 40i, or Mercedes’ V6 called the 450’s. Both of those engines are very nice and have a good reputation of being reliable. Toyota even uses BMW’s inline 6 in their new Supra. Land Rover’s V6 HSE’s are the most reliable engines, the new Inline 6 that Jaguar Land Rover has in their P400’s have not shown any problems yet although it is fairly new . I had to have a new engine replacement at 20,000 miles in my Range Rover Supercharged but it is worth it. At the end of the day, if you can afford the maintenance, I highly recommend a Range Rover. If you're like me and put little mileage on your cars, you should definitely look at Jaguar Land Rover. But overall, if you use premium fuel and treat your cars well and have them maintained on time, then your JLR product should last and have little to no problems. Land Rover earned this reputation for being unreliable due to Ford owning them at one point and their engines wouldn’t last over 500 miles without something breaking. Ever since Land Rover’s new ownership, they have been improving! But at the end of the day I believe it is worth the trouble ever so often. Such a smooth and luxurious ride.

I had such a good experience with these folks. I had made an appointment to test drive one car and got a call the evening before telling me that the car had been sold - disappointing but not nearly as much had I driven 25 miles to find out. Later that evening Ivo Petrov called me back to tell me about another car that had just come in. We went the next morning for my wife to fall in love with it. Ivo was great and guiding us through the purchase and delivery. He was totally straightforward with us and a delight to work with. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership was professional and personable. A great experience.

I’m been a Jaguar & Land Rover mechanic at the same dealership for over 20 years. I’ve had a few Range Rovers myself -all used. I’ve found if there’s a problem you’ll see it early and it’ll be on the CARFAX report clearly noting the malfunction and how many times it’s tried to of been repaired. RUN AWAY IF YOU FIND THIS TO BE THE CASE! If you find a used Range Rover with a clean CARFAX report then it’s built correctly and a worthy buy. Check the CARFAX report and then go from there. It’s the classist SUV on the road and a great car when built with the right parts worked on by quality mechanics vs parts that are defective -generic and continued to be a problem for the next owner. You can easily drive over 200k miles on a well built Range Rover. 2018 is the best year with the lowest complaint due to new electrical harnesses designed and a new computer module. It’s by far the best year this car was built.

We traveled over 1.5 hours from Central NJ to Jaguar Land Rover New Rochelle to purchase a used car. Steven P, our sales executive, and Alex, the sales manager, were excellent and the reason we traveled so far. The no-haggle price was very competitive, they fixed any issues that were revealed in the comprehensive inspection and they were responsiveness to any questions we had. Even though we were surrounded by some beautiful luxury cars, Steven and Alex never treated us any less important or valued as customers. In our search for a used car we discovered many tactics by other dealers to slip in additional fees and charges to inflate the advertised price. JLR New Rochelle was upfront about their reasonable documentation fee in addition to the sales tax. It was nice not having to pick through all of the fine print and legal jargon to find hidden costs. Highly recommend this dealer if you are looking for a used car. And if you are in the market for a Jaguar or Land Rover, I had no doubt they will take care of you, too.

I bought the SVR. It has everything. Comfort, Style, dependability and it’s very fun to drive. It even sounds great. I highly recommend if you can afford it.

The car is surprisingly durable. I did more than 18000 miles per year. Did long drives, cross country cruises. Compared to Toyota, Honda, Lexus, Suzuki, I have owned in the past this is a powerful machine. Its beautiful and you can never stop driving. You will simply love it. Now at 63000 miles in 3.5 years and still loving every moment of it.

So far I am highly impressed with this 2020 Range Rover Sport HSE P525. I have owned 48 different vehicles over the last 37 years with 95% of those being American brands. This is my first European auto. I have heard about the lack of reliability with the Land Rover brand over the years so this kept me from trying one. I have only driven this one for about 5,000 miles so far, but not one single issue. The interior quality (fit, finish, etc) is amazing. The gas mileage is a lot better than I expected from a supercharged V8, most of the other supercharged V8's I have owned had terrible fuel mileage like 15-16 MPG, I typically get 21-23 MPG in this Range Rover Sport. The vehicle ride, handling, and power delivery characteristics are great as well. We are planning some vacation trips soon and will be traveling in the Range Rover due to all of the comfort and luxury features. If this pleasurable ownership experience continues I am thinking about purchasing another Land Rover model for my wife in the very near future.
