CarMax Charleston review
This is me second sale to Carmax. The first sale went smoothly and everything they said was true! People who turn their car into the dealer are totally getting screwed. For example I turned in a 2020 c300 early this year. The payoff was $32k; I got $36k from Carmax. Unbelievable. However, companies like Mercedes allowed Carmax to pay off the lease. Now they require you to buy out the lease so you have to come up with the cash and then you have to wait until you get the title before you can go to Carmax. Sounds like a little anti trust behavior.

I want to express what a great job Anthony Vitale did today and how happy I am with the service that was provided by your dealership. My tire pressure had been low and filling up my back tire just was not working. I decided to just show up at the dealership without an appointment to see if the service department could figure what the problem was. There was a nail in my tire; however, not only did they repair my tire, but they checked and topped off all of the fluids and washed my car. Anthony was extremely professional and took care of everything at no charge. What a great experience!

Our experience was smooth and fat. Living an hour and a half away, we didn't want to waste a trip if they couldn't value our trade at what we expected. Logan Plumley worked everything out via phone to our liking before we even visited them. Trade value, financing, etc. When we arrived, truck was clean and ready to test drive and all paper work prepped. Once we test drove & loved the truck all we had to do was sign the documents that were ready. This was the quickest, smoothest vehicle buying we have ever experienced.
