I recently purchased a 2026 Lexus NX300h from Lexus of Cerritos, and I had a truly excellent experience with my sales associate Christopher Ledezma. He was very helpful throughout the entire process and took the time to clearly explain every detail, which made me feel very comfortable and confident with my purchase. What impressed me the most was the trade-in offer for my Honda CR-V ? he was able to give me a better price than two other used car dealers, which was a very pleasant surprise. The whole buying process was smooth and stress-free. He was attentive, patient, and made sure to take care of everything I needed along the way. I really appreciate his professionalism and support. I love the car, I dislike the dealership I got it from. I definitely recommend the car but you need to watch out where you get it from and watch the sales people they will try to rip you off if you let them, I will write a separate review for the dealership.

John Machado was the only reason I purchased from the dealership I drove from la to van nuys to deal with this guy he know everything about these vehicles I would highly suggest if you want to buy this is the guy to buy from. He helped me get the down payment and monthly payment where I needed them to be and made it happen. He sent a video just for me and pictures. Then he took the time on his day off to help me after the sale. Roger in the service dept also helped me out. Great staff here.

My service manager, Tony Hang, is the best and he is the reason I continue to go to Crown Lexus Of Ontario. I I am always able to make appointments however I always ask for him. If he is not there, I tend to wait until he is. He is very professional yet makes me feel very comfortable. If Tony is busy when I call, he always returns my calls in a timely manner.
