CarMax Charleston review
Service department at Carmax superceded my expectations! Called to have a service done on my Nissan and they were able to accommodate my tight schedule even though they did explain their schedules were tight as well. The amount of time I waited was far less than any dealer I've ever been to, and Dave in the service department greeted me by name and wore a smile until I left! They even washed my car for me and let me know if there was anything I needed to not hesitate to give them a call.

2021 Lexus ES 300h review
This is my second one and I like it more than the first. Very comfortable, great ride, interior luxurious. Electronics a little more complicated than my 2013 but learning them. Gas mileage excellent. Overall great car.

Tower Honda of Longview review
Easiest, quickest and most painless car purchase I ever made I my life. I found the Accord I was interested in on Tower’s website the night before and dropped by the next day just to take a look. Tyler was the salesman who greeted us and at no point was he pushy or trying to get us to buy the car right then. He answered our questions, we did our test drive, got our quote and told him we wanted to sleep on it. The next morning I knew I wanted the car and by lunch I was driving away in my new Honda completely satisfied and happy with my experience and purchase. The car still run noisier since replacing wheel well cover. The car ride with a high engine or bearing noise inside the vehicle since the driver side wheel well cover was replaced.

I love the car, I dislike the dealership I got it from. I definitely recommend the car but you need to watch out where you get it from and watch the sales people they will try to rip you off if you let them, I will write a separate review for the dealership.
