Bought this car new. I will have owned it 9 years March 30, '23. 59,000 miles and still loving everything about it. Recommended maintenance and only one regular (not hybrid) battery that lasted over six years were my only expenses. Still seems new. Everything still works flawlessly. The built-in Lexus Enform roadside assistance system is no longer supported due to newer technology, which is to be expected.

I was referred by my brother and I am glad I listened to his advice. I bought a 2014 Lexus GS350 at the time I didn't realize that the tire pressure light was on. Next morning I called and spoke with Noman and told him about the light. Comfortable quiet car with exceptional fuel economy. Lexus reliability and quality. One of the few misses is the placement of the CarPlay connector is under a panel on the console, I would prefer it to be hidden under the armrest. Hoping the next generation offers a plug in hybrid. I prefer hybrids to full electric.

We bought the 300h used with 23000 miles on it and have had an excellent reliable and fun car. It is now our daughters car and see won’t give it back to her mother. It is still great looking and in excellent shape. Looking to get at least 75000 more miles out of this car if not more. Still averaging 35 mph.

Its a great car overall. Looks great, feels great, and drives smooth. It has more of that luxury feel to it than a sporty sedan; more like a "grown up" car than a "youth" car. Very luxurious on the inside. The mouse pad and small video display are a little tricky to control, especially while driving. It has all of the luxuries of a 2014 luxury car, including heated and cooled seats, heated steering wheel, and a power fold-up screen on the back window. It's a great car to drive because it has a smooth ride and the hybrid option means you spend a lot less on gas (you can go long distances without having to refuel often. Which also has an advantage over fully electric cars that you need to charge every two hours of driving).

I love this car, especially the gas milage, getting 45 to 50 mpg. It is comfortable, quiet, and a joy to drive. My only complaint is that there is just too many features to choose from. I am sure I will never figure it all out. For example, how do I keep the back doors from locking when the car sits overnight? The owners manual is useless!

I have a 2013 Lexus ES 300h Ultra Luxury. I bought it six years ago in 2016 with 66,000 miles on it. It just turned 190,000 miles. No problems and It still has the original Hybrid Battery. What a great car! This year I put some 2022 ES F Sport rims on it. The rims are black like my car. I still get complements on my car and people can’t believe the that it’s 2013 with nearly 200,000 miles on it. I sometimes think about getting a new car, but this car is so great, I can’t let it go. Also the mileage is great. With a 17.2 gallon tank and 40 mpg equals 688 miles of range! The car came with ugly rims and skinny tires. Since I changed the tires and rims, the handling has greatly improved! Great car!

Cons: Car needs to be prep for sale, deep cleaning or at least check it out for anything leftover from previous owner. But Valerie offer me reimbursement for detailing my car. Buy this hybrid .... this isnt a prius here. Buy this or the avalon limited. We Have one of each. 2014 es 300 and 2015 Avalon hybrid. 40 MPG is a no brainer.bought both used. New cars are new one day. Paid $20,000 each and both were over $40000 new. Its like it was a buy one get one free
