Bought in April, 2023 and have been averaging 43+ MPG City/Hwy driving. I bought a used car that was highly sought after, based on it having only 2k miles per year and it's price point. I love this car, especially the gas milage, getting 45 to 50 mpg. It is comfortable, quiet, and a joy to drive. My only complaint is that there is just too many features to choose from. I am sure I will never figure it all out. For example, how do I keep the back doors from locking when the car sits overnight? The owners manual is useless!

We bought the 300h used with 23000 miles on it and have had an excellent reliable and fun car. It is now our daughters car and see won’t give it back to her mother. It is still great looking and in excellent shape. Looking to get at least 75000 more miles out of this car if not more. Still averaging 35 mph.

In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!

Enough with the German cars give me a car that's truly reliable and gets good gas mileage both in town and out. They're built to last and to give the greatest driving enjoyment, especially for those who like luxury and quiet

Bought this car new. I will have owned it 9 years March 30, '23. 59,000 miles and still loving everything about it. Recommended maintenance and only one regular (not hybrid) battery that lasted over six years were my only expenses. Still seems new. Everything still works flawlessly. The built-in Lexus Enform roadside assistance system is no longer supported due to newer technology, which is to be expected.

Its a great car overall. Looks great, feels great, and drives smooth. It has more of that luxury feel to it than a sporty sedan; more like a "grown up" car than a "youth" car. Very luxurious on the inside. The mouse pad and small video display are a little tricky to control, especially while driving. It has all of the luxuries of a 2014 luxury car, including heated and cooled seats, heated steering wheel, and a power fold-up screen on the back window. It's a great car to drive because it has a smooth ride and the hybrid option means you spend a lot less on gas (you can go long distances without having to refuel often. Which also has an advantage over fully electric cars that you need to charge every two hours of driving).

Everyone was very courteous and professional. There was no pushing or pressure. I would recommend them to my friends and relatives. They also have a good selection of vehicles.

I have a 2013 Lexus ES 300h Ultra Luxury. I bought it six years ago in 2016 with 66,000 miles on it. It just turned 190,000 miles. No problems and It still has the original Hybrid Battery. What a great car! This year I put some 2022 ES F Sport rims on it. The rims are black like my car. I still get complements on my car and people can’t believe the that it’s 2013 with nearly 200,000 miles on it. I sometimes think about getting a new car, but this car is so great, I can’t let it go. Also the mileage is great. With a 17.2 gallon tank and 40 mpg equals 688 miles of range! The car came with ugly rims and skinny tires. Since I changed the tires and rims, the handling has greatly improved! Great car!

The sales person Desmond was awesome. I came to car lux specifically for one particular car that I saw online. That particular car was not available. However, Desmond worked extremely hard to get me in not just any car, but the right car to suit my needs. I’ve purchase several new Cadillac vehicles over last 20+ years. To be honest, It’s been several years since my last new Cadillac purchase. So, in 2020, I decided to trade in my 2017 GMC Yukon Denali and obtain the new 5th Generation Cadillac Escalade! In early November 2021, Cadillac.com initially referred me to Carter Stenburg, Internet Specialist at Cadillac of Beverly Hills (California). After receiving an introductory e-mail from Carter, I called Carter and discussed what Escalade trim I was interested in as well as other questions about optional features. Carter was very professional; polite and patient with me. Any questions he could not answer during our calls, He would immediacy get back to me with the answers. Carter suggested that I order a 2022 Escalade using the “build feature” on the Cadillac.com website. I built the 2022 Escalade Premium Luxury with the desired trim and options and generated a PDF file which I e-mailed to Carter. Thanks Carter!! Cater then introduce me to Brian Epps, Cadillac Sales Specialist at Cadillac of Beverly Hills!! OMG! I can not say enough praises for Brian! Brian is amazing! Like Carter, Brian was very professional; very knowledgeable; very patient with even more questions that I had; made very good suggestions about some upgrade options to my vehicle build; etc. He “really knew his stuff”!! Mid November 2021, We reviewed my updated 2022 Cadillac Escalade build one last time. I agreed to the final build. Brian had his colleagues place my 2022 Escalade Premium Luxury order (again, November 2021 “timeline”). Again, Thanks Brian!!!! Well, It seems that in December 2021, My 2022 Cadillac Escalade Premium Luxury order was accepted / approved / built at the GM Factory in Arlington, Texas with only 2 minor constraints due to the worldwide chip shortage and limited auto parts shortage - Not Equipped with Steering Column Lock and Not Equipped with 4-Way Power Driver and Front Passenger Lumbar. Brian personally called me late January 2022 and informed me that my 2022 Escalade Premium Luxury (order) arrived at the dealership. I was very lucky during these challenging times in the automotive industry to received my 2022 Escalade within a few month of ordering the vehicle build. Cadillac of Beverly Hills is part of a larger company and I (could be wrong, but ...) think that perhaps the dealership's outstanding reputation and / or their sales volume had something to due with my quick build turnaround. Anyway, after Brian’s call over the weekend, I arrived at the dealership the next day – January 31st, 2022 and met with Brian. Traded in my 2017 GMC Yukon Denali (the dealership gave me a fair price for the trade in ...). While at the dealership, I was pleasantly greeted by Joseph Norkewicz, Manager (we meet prior – Great Guy!!). While going through the “paperwork process” the reception staff at the dealership was so nice to me and checked on me to see if there’s anything they can do for me (water; Starbucks's Coffee at the dealership; etc.) - Very Nice! Very Classy and Professional! However (next to Brian), me acquiring my 2022 Cadillac Escalade Premium Luxury would not be possible without the help and assistance of Frank Rastegar in Finance!!! Thanks Frank!!!! Left that day with my 2022 Cadillac Escalade Premium Luxury. I love the vehicle! I get complements everywhere I go (and of course, I tell everyone to call Brian Epps at Cadillac of Beverly Hills …). So, Bottom Line - I’m very happy with my 2022 Cadillac Escalade. Very Happy with the vehicle arriving at the dealership two months after placing the build order! I’m very humbled by how the Brian in Sales and Frank in Finance help me achieve my dream car!!! The ES300h Hybrid Model, Ultra Luxury Trim. This is the highest trim for the hybrid model. The car has performed flawlessly. We got 42+ MPG on the way home (300 miles) after purchase. The ICE engine and hybrid system work in perfect harmony and you can't even feel it when you move from EV to engine mode. Still getting over 42 MPG and have 1100+ miles on it in three weeks. So, in a word: Perfection!

I came out of an Ultra-Luxury LS430, so the bar was set pretty high. While this car is no LS430, it is everything I need....safety, reliability, and good mileage were important to me. This car delivers it all, and at about 38MPG.

My 2022 Lexus ES 300h F-Sport Ultra Luxury in the Ultrasonic blue mica 2.0 is simply stunning! I wanted a very stylish and sexy luxury car with a gorgeous and comfortable interior with a huge easy-to-use touchscreen with bulletproof reliability and eye-popping gas mileage that was still fast and fun to drive. This beauty checks every box. I LOVE my Lexus! It makes me happy every single time I drive it. What more could you want from a car?

Nice staff, great selection of Tesla vehicles. Good prices. It took a while to get seen but they were short staffed. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get the car. But I will be back for it soon.

I love this vehicle. I enjoy the quietness and economy of this model. The only drawback is trying to understand how the various features function. Many of the operations are not intuitive.
