As a customer, I came with a list of demands, while it may have been a bit overwhelming, DERRICK HOLLOWAY was patient and very honest about what I could get into and his knowledge on the cars. The first car I financed (08 Hyundai Tucson) had problems that the service department could not fix, due to the car being used, rusted and poorly taken car of before ParCars received it and not thoroughly serviced before it was added to the sales list. I only had the car for two months, I called and spoke to one of the GM's and expressed my frustration in a professional manner, because yelling does not fix anything. A few days later DALE FRANK, Sales Manager at this location, called me and told me the General Managers, decided to let me trade in the car, no down payment, no pickup note, no extraness due to the inconvenience it caused me. DERRICK HOLLOWAY is an excellent sales person and very honest about what he does and does not know and will find the information for you. Good Place to get a car from just make sure that YOU inspect the car thoroughly before you signed anything and bring up every that concerns you to Derrick (or your sales person) and Dale to make your car buying experience enjoyable.
