After years of dealing with Lexus, John Murphy is by far the most exceptional employee that Lexus has in their entire company. I have dealt with several Lexus Dealers across several states, as well as other brand dealerships, and have never been treated as professionally and perfectly as I have been with John Murphy. The only sad thing about the whole interaction is that Mr. Murphy mentioned to me that he is reaching retirement age; I was truly sad. I would hope that Lexus would have the good sense to honor a man and employee like that with a Rolex, a gold bar, a cruise or something of similar value.
