A few days after the sale Cherry and Marissa both reached out to answer any additional questions I might have. Overall a very positive experience and I feel all of the team did an excellent job of meeting the Fields Five; Safety, Integrity, Courtesy, Presentation, Efficiency.

Had the VSC OFF warning light come while driving to the store. Manual said contact Lexus dealer if it did not go off. I drove into my Lexi’s dealer and was greeted and has a service tech come out. He said he would get the problem identified and get it resolved as quick as possible. This is without having an appointment and on a Saturday. They fixed the problem and did a Safety Inspection and I was back on the road. Outstanding service by the Customer Service Specialist Brett.

This car is super quiet , solid feeling , and sooooo smooth ! The eight speed transmission shifts so well , I sometimes cant hear or feel the shifts and only know its happening if I watch the tachometer.

Had a Mercedes AMG 250 CLA for last5 years with zero issues. EXCEPT very expensive oil changes (about 250 each time) and it took high test. ALMOST went with a 2025 AMG again, but after visiting Lexus 3-4X I was sold on a ES 350 F Sports handling. MUCH better ride. Super silent inside car. GREAT finish. AND it takes reg gas and oil changes under 75 bucks or less. over all I give this a solid 10
