The only thing is not making it perfect. Whenever I turn the engine off, everything is shut down, and to play my music, I have to turn it on to put the engine in suspension.

at first it look like I had a small chance of getting the car because of the monthly payments She was awesome. Explain every detail. She worked very hard to get the car finance and to the Monthly payment that I could le agree to . Very professional. Leslie never rush although it was getting time to close she didn't give up. Easy to schedule and bring vehicle in. Nice waiting area and helpful staff. Didn?t pressure you into getting more done than required, easy to see what the charges were.

This car is super quiet , solid feeling , and sooooo smooth ! The eight speed transmission shifts so well , I sometimes cant hear or feel the shifts and only know its happening if I watch the tachometer.

My service advisor was Cody. He took thorough care of my vehicle. It was due for service and it needed a full detail. Both were taken care of in a timely manner. He displayed excellent communication and he answered all the questions I had. He made the entire process as easy as possible. I have been coming here for over five years. I was originally going to go to the Lexus Dealership on my side of town. I called them, and the gentleman lied about my battery not being under warranty. I called the Lexus Southwest location, and a very nice young man ran my VIN through their system. He verified my battery was under warranty. I came in and got my replacement battery installed. Everybody was so professional that I am willing to make the drive to come here. Matt Torres and the young man he was training were professional, knowledgeable, and they answered all of my questions. Matt let the trainee handle everything and he was excellent. Matt is my usual Service Manager. He is the best! Please give them both a raise and kudos. As a matter of fact, give everyone a raise. They are all professionals, efficient, knowledgeable, and have perfect customer service skills.

Brought my vehicle in to fix my sunroof track, one side needed to be replaced. Grateful that after Lexus received parts not up to their standards, they returned the part and ordered another part. Due to not using the first part and after leadership reviewed paperwork - my service rep Josh advised me credit amount and was there for every step of my repair service answering all my questions. Great customer service and thankful for loaner vehicle over 2 weeks!
