Sewell Lexus of Dallas review
This was our second day of looking at cars and nobody treated us better than Sewell Lexus. We came to buy a used Subaru Ascent; they had the car clean, ready and nearby for us to test drive. We got what we expected for our trade in and left in just a few hours very happy. I highly recommend Sewell Lexus of Dallas, they were great!

The only thing is not making it perfect. Whenever I turn the engine off, everything is shut down, and to play my music, I have to turn it on to put the engine in suspension.

My wife wanted a specific exterior and interior color combination that was not being regularly produced by Lexus for this specific model (RX450h+ Luxury). She put in the extra effort to advocate on our behalf and get a special request in to Lexus, where she successfully secured this unicorn for us. We are absolutely thrilled. It's the most beautifully designed and engineered car we've ever seen, and we're thrilled with it. Katie's communication was excellent throughout the whole process. She was so sweet that she sent a very thoughtful and awesome gift package so my wife had something to open at Christmas since the car did not arrive until January. Katie is the absolute best. 2025 Lexus ES 350 review
The excessive wind and road noise is a problem. I bought gasket material to help wind noise around the doors but the road noise is noticeably loud compared to my 2019 es350.
