I bought the car "as is" - however, there were some problems and one in particular I felt compelled to reach out about. They truly didn't have to do anything, however, the paid for the issue, and as well, threw in an extra that was big and totally unexpected. I cannot say enough - I think everyone knows how tough buying a car is, especially pre-owned and how the follow-up afterwards can be so challenging. I brought my Honda CRV 2026 for services update a new software. Carlos Lopez was taking care my car to install the new software. Carlos is a very nice and hard worker person. He did come to me a couple time and asked whether i am ok ? "hungry, or if i wanted to go somewhere? There was shuttle right up front will take me go and pick up" A person like Carlos give peoples a good feeling about Germain Honda either for service or buying a new car.

The ES350 Ultra Luxury model is worth the extra cost. Love the beige color, and the caramel color leather interior. The luxury styling and materials are wonderful --leather seats, steering wheel, and shifter; wood trim, extra large touch screen, super sound system. Safety features abound. Love the heads-up display. The seats are super comfortable, appreciate that they are cooled as well as heated--comfort in all seasons. The designers of this car considered every detail. This beauty runs on regular gas, no need to pay extra for premium fuel.

I had a flat tire and of course took it to my dealer, Germain Lexus. My regular rep was out and They assign Dan Rusunik who was excellent taking care of the problem and suggesting another policy since my warranty had expired. Thanks for all the great service.

The only thing is not making it perfect. Whenever I turn the engine off, everything is shut down, and to play my music, I have to turn it on to put the engine in suspension.

I am very happy with it. Quiet, smooth, and has significant safety features that I have not had before. Lane Departure warning, blind spot monitor, parking assist, front end collision warning, radar controlled cruise control, automatic high beams, to name a few. The car is nice and comfortable.

this is my 4th es350,,,good comfortable car but they don't change .have a 2020 ,,looking at 2023 it's the same car execpt for the touch screen,,,same wheels ,,,colors ,,,interior choices arn't the best ,,,,at least change wheels and different color choices
