Only reason why I gave facilities a lower score is because they were going through a lot of construction and we were in a temporary location. But they went out of their way to make sure everyone was comfortable.

Style, performance and reliability are great, but the tinny sound on the left front door when closing and outdated dash diminishes the car . This is my 3 rd Lexus. I bought this my current ES 350 F used from a dealer during its current model year.

I bought the ES 300H Ultra luxury in July 2022. I love the exterior and interior designs. The interior is spacious and comfortable. I had concern about the height of the seats, since I am 6 inches, but the seats are also vertically adjustable and I have never had my head bump into the sealing. So, f anyone is having an issue, they can consider looking for the pushing the knob upwards, without twisting it. I saw some people complain about the speakers online, but I have the Mark Levinsons, and I have no issues. It is advertised for 43-44 MPg, however I am getting 40.7 and I typically driver 1k miles per month. I know a couple of factors are at play, including my driving style. My main issue is that there is a noticeable lag with accelaration, esp on low speeds. I bought my car from Lexus of Tampa Bay at MSRP, and there was no issues with the purchase.

Other than the power locks going out too fast, which is not cheap to repair, especially as often as they go out, this car is a dream to drive, as well as own. Repairs are few, as I got it in 2016 with just under 90k. Here it is in Sept of 2024, and I have another thousand and it will be 300k, with again, very little maintenance to speak of. I will be buying Lexus from here on out.

Finding a reliable, well cared for, low mileage and reasonably priced used car can be a daunting task. It does not have to be... I bumped into Oswego Motors quite by accident. Spoke to Chad on New Years Eve having seen a car on the website that seemed suitable. I drove out to the dealership that afternoon, and found the car inside and cleaned up ready for me to view. Chad walked me around the car and we discussed not only the condition of the car, but also what I was looking for generally in a used vehicle. I was handed the keys for a test drive, and was told to take my time and drive it as much as needed to check everything out...which I did. We briefly discussed the price. I told Him I'd think about it and call after New Years Day. No pressure, none...to close a deal then and there. I returned on 1/02/23 and not only bought that car, but ended up trading in my 2018 BMW for what I consider a very fair price. The trade-in, was a bit of a spur of the moment decision on my part, and these kinds of transactions can become a confusing "fun with numbers" exercise. Not so in this case. Chad was very straightforward and transparent throughout. I felt confident that I was working with a completely honest, and capable professional from start to finish. We agreed on a final price, and the deal was made. The paperwork part of these transactions often seem to take forever. I think I was in and out in under 2 hours from the moment I walked in, to the moment I drove off...With my new (used) car...! I highly recommend Oswego Motors. I have owned it for barely two months and I'm so in love with virtually everything both the exquisite interior and the bougous exterior linings, it's a great car and its worth every penny. I will highly recommend it for anyone wanting a classic and comfort laced car for a change.

I owned a 2017 RC F Sport, my first Lexus and totally love the Lexus brand. I’m a big guy and just didn’t have the room I wanted 😥. I did my research and decided I wanted the 2019-2020 ES 350. I really wanted to buy from a local Lexus dealer, there were 2 near me. Their web site has an option to let you know what your trade is worth. I was satisfied with what they quoted me for my trade, when I got to the dealership they offered me $6000 LESS for my RC F Sport on the trade in. They spent 10 minutes telling me what was wrong with my trade. My RC was as close to perfect as there is. They insulted my intelligence- I will NEVER go to a Lexus dealership in this area again. I bought my RC from a Lexus dealer 200 miles from where I live- they treated me like a CUSTOMER! I ended up buying a 2019 ES 350 from a NON LEXUS DEALER. They wanted my business and gave me a good deal for both of us. I love my ES 350 and both of my Lexus vehicles - BUT I will NEVER buy from the dealer that treated me with their bait and switch insulting attitude!

My wife wanted a 4 door when company came to town. It has great legroom everywhere. Handles and drives great. Plenty of pep for passing cars.

What an amazing car, I bought mine with 105,000 miles and have put nearly 3,000 miles on it in just about one month. It rides and drives like a dream! The styling has definitely held up well, it doesn't look dated or strange for a 15 year old car. In fact I get compliments on mine all the time! The fit and finish are Lexus top notch and I am averaging 28 mpg in city and highway mixed driving! The V-6 is fast and silky smooth. I look forward to driving her every day! I think the only negative is that the technology is from 2009 so don't expect much but it was top of the line back then so it was good for it's day. The premium stereo (not Mark Levinson) is awesome, and the seats are ultra comfy too. I hope to hit 300k miles with my ES350!!! Best car I've ever owned!

I bought my 08 ES a little over a month ago with 144k on it. So far I am genuinely LOVING this car. I don’t think I’ll ever not drive a Lexus from here on out. I’ve already put almost 2k on it because I just have so much fun driving it! The 272 HP is kinda crazy, it’s very quick! Never drove a car with that much horsepower before so I was shocked LOL. Very comfy to be in and really hard to believe it’s an 08. I have the backup camera so it really makes me feel like I’m in a newer car. Can’t say enough good things. I will be driving this “til the wheels fall off”! Go buy one if you need a “new” reliable ride. You won’t regret it :D

Purchased 2010 ES350 with 65000 miles 4 years ago. I did my research in advance and now fully agree with the “bulletproof” qualities often used by owners who describe this vehicle. I have adhered to factory-schedule maintenance, however, not performed by a Lexus dealer. Rather, an ASE-certified shop who know Lexus/Toyotas. I now have 125k on the clock and have spent about $1,200 in non-maintenance repairs. Specifically, oxygen sensors et.al. 31 MPG highway, 25 around town. Drives like my wife’s much newer MB sedan without the anxiety of potential repair costs.

David’s attention was as good as all the folks in the Service Dept at Fields in Glenview. What a team! Gent named Brian has been fantastic to me as well. Roland and Laura, too. The gals at the Pay station, everybody. Love Field’s in Glenview. And love my 2014 Jeep Patriot Latitude!

I have the Luxury package. This car is awesome! Great ride, quiet, good acceleration and outstanding MPG on regular gas! I consistently get 31 to 34 MPG on the highway. The interior is roomy and the trunk is cavernous. My only mild complaints would be the mouse key pad for the instrumentation and no heated seats in the rear.

I went to McGrath Lexus service center to get an oil change and my experience was extremely pleasant. I came in with my 2 year old son and Mark went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated quickly and comfortable the entire time of service. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful which made this experience much better than I anticipated (due to me being there with a toddler). I am truly grateful for all of the staff especially Mark. I will be getting all of my services done at this location.

The ES350 Ultra Luxury model is worth the extra cost. Love the beige color, and the caramel color leather interior. The luxury styling and materials are wonderful --leather seats, steering wheel, and shifter; wood trim, extra large touch screen, super sound system. Safety features abound. Love the heads-up display. The seats are super comfortable, appreciate that they are cooled as well as heated--comfort in all seasons. The designers of this car considered every detail. This beauty runs on regular gas, no need to pay extra for premium fuel.

This car is in excellent shape, has low mileage and is great to drive. I wouldn't hesitate to sell it to a family member or friend because i know they'll love this car! It uses regular gasoline and gets 31 MPG on the highway.
