I bought my 2018 Lexus ES350 "previously owned" in 2021. It had 18K miles on it and was Lexus Certified. It now has 30K miles on it and has been a good car for me. I love this car and would buy it all over again. It is a smooth running car and has been reliable. It is a comfortable car with great looks. The only downside is the "unusual" user interface center console control. This model year did not have a touch screen. I have adapted to the big square button used to manipulate the display screen and it's not so bad. Other than that, no complaints so far. I hope Lexus continues to offer the ES350 in the future. It is a classy, reliable car that I intend on keeping for quite some time.

I bought the ES 300H Ultra luxury in July 2022. I love the exterior and interior designs. The interior is spacious and comfortable. I had concern about the height of the seats, since I am 6 inches, but the seats are also vertically adjustable and I have never had my head bump into the sealing. So, f anyone is having an issue, they can consider looking for the pushing the knob upwards, without twisting it. I saw some people complain about the speakers online, but I have the Mark Levinsons, and I have no issues. It is advertised for 43-44 MPg, however I am getting 40.7 and I typically driver 1k miles per month. I know a couple of factors are at play, including my driving style. My main issue is that there is a noticeable lag with accelaration, esp on low speeds. I bought my car from Lexus of Tampa Bay at MSRP, and there was no issues with the purchase.

The screeching sound when the electronic parking brake is activated is very annoying. Hopefully engineers can fix this issue. Several other newer Lexus models also make the noise.

Lexus is my favorite car brand. I've owned several over 25 years. I've never needed major service so maintenance costs are very low. The interior is extremely comfortable with many great interactive features.

Good experience. No issues with the service. Obviously the cost for repairs could be cheaper but the service is good. At least I'm able to know what is wrong with my vehicle and make a decision on what I want done.

I have owned my 2013 ES 350 for 8 years now. I bought it with 60k miles and now has 260k. The only thing I had to replace was a tensioner pulley which I did myself. Other than brakes. tires and drive belt that's the other thing I've done. Same spark plugs n coils since I bought it, change oil every 7500-10k miles and doesn't burn or use any oil. I honestly drive it like I stole it most the time. I commute 65 miles a day and every trip I take is in this car. The only thing I wish is that the seats were a lil more comfortable but I have seat & back cushion to help with that. I will drive this til it or I die. I have 6 other vehicles and this is driven the most.

We were shopping online for a second car. We found one that we liked at Nova Cars. We live about 4 hours away so we had a lot of questions. Purchased 2010 ES350 with 65000 miles 4 years ago. I did my research in advance and now fully agree with the “bulletproof” qualities often used by owners who describe this vehicle. I have adhered to factory-schedule maintenance, however, not performed by a Lexus dealer. Rather, an ASE-certified shop who know Lexus/Toyotas. I now have 125k on the clock and have spent about $1,200 in non-maintenance repairs. Specifically, oxygen sensors et.al. 31 MPG highway, 25 around town. Drives like my wife’s much newer MB sedan without the anxiety of potential repair costs.

I love this car. I have owned my car for 3 years now and it still performs well. With required maintenance you should have no problems at all.

2018 Lexus ES350 purchased as Certified Pre Owned Typically receive great service from Germain Lexus. Car has decent acceleration, ride is good however seats can be some what hard after 6 hours behind the wheel, technology is lagging with no ability to upgrade in reference to android auto or apple car play, handling and breaking is very good.

Additional Important Steps They Advised: 🔴 No Returns Policy – Once you sign, the car is yours. They emphasized doing all research beforehand, getting an inspection, and making sure I was 100% confident before committing. 🔴 Salvage Title Considerations – Many of their vehicles have salvage titles, which means: Insurance rates will likely be higher, and some insurance companies won’t cover salvage vehicles at all—so check before buying. Resale and trade-in value will be lower, and some dealerships won’t take salvage vehicles. Owning a Lexus will prove to be one of the wisest decision you've every made. Speaking from experience here ... 1998 ES300 w/175k mi - Runs as smooth as new - Minimal repairs over the years. Maybe spent $800 on repair other than regular stuff. 2010 ES350 w/175k mi - Ran awesome until someone totaled. Replaced master cylinder and reg mait otherwise. Awesome car!! 2017 ES350 w/55k mi - Like brand new - Never one issue since new. 2018 ES350 w/67k mi - Just replaced the 2010 with this. Perfect vehicle doesn't begin to describe how I feel about it.
