I dropped my Nissan Rogue off for Services to Joseph Geisbert in Service Department. Vehicle needed a Transmission and the Door Fixed. My Vehicle was fixed and the price of repairs were great. I only trust Joe with my Vehicles and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Joe keeps me updated on the repairs and costs on the Rogue. Great Service from the Service Department. I bought my 2018 Lexus ES350 "previously owned" in 2021. It had 18K miles on it and was Lexus Certified. It now has 30K miles on it and has been a good car for me. I love this car and would buy it all over again. It is a smooth running car and has been reliable. It is a comfortable car with great looks. The only downside is the "unusual" user interface center console control. This model year did not have a touch screen. I have adapted to the big square button used to manipulate the display screen and it's not so bad. Other than that, no complaints so far. I hope Lexus continues to offer the ES350 in the future. It is a classy, reliable car that I intend on keeping for quite some time.

The sales associate I working with was great, very accommodating as I had children with me. It was a bit difficult because they were renovating at the time I was there and they usually have a kids area. I?m sure it will be a little easier when everything is finished. The only slow part was actually signing the papers for the vehicle purchase because the business office was behind and what was originally predicted to me to take one hour took almost 2.5 hours.

Lexus is my favorite car brand. I've owned several over 25 years. I've never needed major service so maintenance costs are very low. The interior is extremely comfortable with many great interactive features.

We traded our 2010 Subaru Forester for a 2016 Subaru Outback. The entire process took about two hours and was hassle free. This included test driving the Outback (while they we doing the appraisal on the Forester), transferring plates, taking care of payment, etc. They make car buying a breeze!

2018 Lexus ES350 purchased as Certified Pre Owned Typically receive great service from Germain Lexus. Car has decent acceleration, ride is good however seats can be some what hard after 6 hours behind the wheel, technology is lagging with no ability to upgrade in reference to android auto or apple car play, handling and breaking is very good.

We were shopping online for a second car. We found one that we liked at Nova Cars. We live about 4 hours away so we had a lot of questions. Other than the power locks going out too fast, which is not cheap to repair, especially as often as they go out, this car is a dream to drive, as well as own. Repairs are few, as I got it in 2016 with just under 90k. Here it is in Sept of 2024, and I have another thousand and it will be 300k, with again, very little maintenance to speak of. I will be buying Lexus from here on out.

Brian Chanin did a great job working with me on my purchase. He was upfront with me on the whole process, because my budget was a big concern. We knew the car we wanted, but we were tight on funds. At no point did I feel pressured to make a decision. He just explained where we were during the discussion and make sure both my wife and I understood. Once the deal was in place, he checked in on us with the finance department, and even helped migrate the items from our trade in to our new car. Great experience.

I bought the ES 300H Ultra luxury in July 2022. I love the exterior and interior designs. The interior is spacious and comfortable. I had concern about the height of the seats, since I am 6 inches, but the seats are also vertically adjustable and I have never had my head bump into the sealing. So, f anyone is having an issue, they can consider looking for the pushing the knob upwards, without twisting it. I saw some people complain about the speakers online, but I have the Mark Levinsons, and I have no issues. It is advertised for 43-44 MPg, however I am getting 40.7 and I typically driver 1k miles per month. I know a couple of factors are at play, including my driving style. My main issue is that there is a noticeable lag with accelaration, esp on low speeds. I bought my car from Lexus of Tampa Bay at MSRP, and there was no issues with the purchase.

Owning a Lexus will prove to be one of the wisest decision you've every made. Speaking from experience here ... 1998 ES300 w/175k mi - Runs as smooth as new - Minimal repairs over the years. Maybe spent $800 on repair other than regular stuff. 2010 ES350 w/175k mi - Ran awesome until someone totaled. Replaced master cylinder and reg mait otherwise. Awesome car!! 2017 ES350 w/55k mi - Like brand new - Never one issue since new. 2018 ES350 w/67k mi - Just replaced the 2010 with this. Perfect vehicle doesn't begin to describe how I feel about it.

I owned a 2017 RC F Sport, my first Lexus and totally love the Lexus brand. I’m a big guy and just didn’t have the room I wanted 😥. I did my research and decided I wanted the 2019-2020 ES 350. I really wanted to buy from a local Lexus dealer, there were 2 near me. Their web site has an option to let you know what your trade is worth. I was satisfied with what they quoted me for my trade, when I got to the dealership they offered me $6000 LESS for my RC F Sport on the trade in. They spent 10 minutes telling me what was wrong with my trade. My RC was as close to perfect as there is. They insulted my intelligence- I will NEVER go to a Lexus dealership in this area again. I bought my RC from a Lexus dealer 200 miles from where I live- they treated me like a CUSTOMER! I ended up buying a 2019 ES 350 from a NON LEXUS DEALER. They wanted my business and gave me a good deal for both of us. I love my ES 350 and both of my Lexus vehicles - BUT I will NEVER buy from the dealer that treated me with their bait and switch insulting attitude!

I purchased my car in December 2006. If this car could talk...we've been on some adventures! Repairs can be expensive without a warranty but as fair as looks and performance...I'm still rolling smoothly in 2024! I plan on keeping my car until the wheels fall off...no car note has spoiled me!
