He also worked to negotiate everything over the phone ahead of time, so when we arrived, the process was smooth and stress-free, all we had to do was sign and enjoy the experience of our new car. Afterwards, he took the time to walk us through the vehicle, setting up not one but two driver profiles, went over how-to’s and all features for each of us, and even connect our phones. All the while including our six year old in the process so she could enjoy it too. There was no pressure, just excitement and genuine care to make sure we were comfortable with everything. I bought my 2018 Lexus ES350 "previously owned" in 2021. It had 18K miles on it and was Lexus Certified. It now has 30K miles on it and has been a good car for me. I love this car and would buy it all over again. It is a smooth running car and has been reliable. It is a comfortable car with great looks. The only downside is the "unusual" user interface center console control. This model year did not have a touch screen. I have adapted to the big square button used to manipulate the display screen and it's not so bad. Other than that, no complaints so far. I hope Lexus continues to offer the ES350 in the future. It is a classy, reliable car that I intend on keeping for quite some time.

We recently had an issue with the entertainment system in our Buick Enclave, Vera Cadillac service team diagnosed, replaced part, and had our vehicle road-ready in just TWO DAYS. Efficiency at its best! Mr Conrad Hernandez made sure everything was perfect for our upcoming family road trip.

I owned a 2017 RC F Sport, my first Lexus and totally love the Lexus brand. I’m a big guy and just didn’t have the room I wanted 😥. I did my research and decided I wanted the 2019-2020 ES 350. I really wanted to buy from a local Lexus dealer, there were 2 near me. Their web site has an option to let you know what your trade is worth. I was satisfied with what they quoted me for my trade, when I got to the dealership they offered me $6000 LESS for my RC F Sport on the trade in. They spent 10 minutes telling me what was wrong with my trade. My RC was as close to perfect as there is. They insulted my intelligence- I will NEVER go to a Lexus dealership in this area again. I bought my RC from a Lexus dealer 200 miles from where I live- they treated me like a CUSTOMER! I ended up buying a 2019 ES 350 from a NON LEXUS DEALER. They wanted my business and gave me a good deal for both of us. I love my ES 350 and both of my Lexus vehicles - BUT I will NEVER buy from the dealer that treated me with their bait and switch insulting attitude!

Surprised Mercedes does not have a small coffee shop or sandwiches available on site. Appointment at 12:30 but not finished with 1 year service for 2 � hours.

The only thing is not making it perfect. Whenever I turn the engine off, everything is shut down, and to play my music, I have to turn it on to put the engine in suspension.

I have the Luxury package. This car is awesome! Great ride, quiet, good acceleration and outstanding MPG on regular gas! I consistently get 31 to 34 MPG on the highway. The interior is roomy and the trunk is cavernous. My only mild complaints would be the mouse key pad for the instrumentation and no heated seats in the rear.

New car sales was easy from start to finish. Great sales person and a pleasure to do business with him. Hope this will continue with future repair and maintenance service.

Best car exer - except cost cuts for 2017- no more leather and wood accents like thy were in my 2011 ES3500. Maybe next one will be more posh? ;-)

I purchased my 2019 ES350 certified used from a Lexus dealer - The good: Ride comfort is amazing Quietest vehicle I've ever driven Tons of power Reliability, so far, great The bad: Stereo system is sub-par for a luxury Lexus; not a deal breaker for me, but I understand why others complain Lexus dealership service: Just took it in for first service, oil change, etc., service was bad. My wife left the car, took 2-3 hours even though I made an appointment; they never greeted her or asked to help her in any way. (Seriously, no "thank you" or anything.) I also asked to be called after car was complete, I left 2 voicemails, nothing. Lexus service I've heard people rave about??? I didn't experience it.

Had a car shipped from NJ to the Doral Office. Needless to say, the car was not in show condition. The manager, Andrew, quickly attempted to correct the issue but the car was NOT for us. Andrew took the time to find something comparable and we ended up purchasing that one! Andrew sent above and beyond. He passed me the Michael Castillo to complete the sale, and again, Michael went above and beyond in making sure everything was in order. While I would give poor marks to the NJ Carmax, i give great marks to the Doral location for making things right.
