We are a Lexus family because the cars are graceful and reliable. We will never drive anything else. We have a 2006 Rx 330 with 300,000 miles and it’s still going strong. Never a problem…just the usual-brakes, tires and oil changes, batteries. I drive a 2011 ES 350 sedan that I bought used. 2 years old. Now has 110,000 miles. Still shiny and fresh looking. So nice to have a dependable vehicle. I think my drivers side seat is a little broken down and I am not a heavy person. I use a special cushion for comfort. I realize newer cars have more bells and whistles..but what’s the point of trading a great car for a bigger cup holder? We are older. When we are ready to go down to one car we will trade them both for another Lexus!!!!! Best car on the road! My son has been a top rated auto mechanic for 26 years-not American made-and he concurs. Love our cars!

Now about my deal, Roy really took care of this from start to finish, his ability to handle this in a timely manner is what won this one, I was actually dealing with two different dealerships and Roy's response time single handedly got it. I know some people don't want to be overwhelmed but I am one that needs to get as much done in a timely manner as possible, my time is valuable and waiting on a salesman to get me information in the 21st century is just not up to par. Roy was very responsive, he knew the care even though you only had it for a few days, he got me pictures from his phone to mine, he got the car file emailed to me which included carfax, I could go on and on. At the time I was on overload but it's nice having all that available to help make the decision. Heck the other vehicle I was looking at I couldn't even get the miles off of it because it was being used as a loaner!! SINGLE POC is the way to go, me trying to talk to manager, or finance, or title people is crap. Great job Sewell and Roy!

Love their policy of preventative maintenance and getting those cars that already have some miles on them ready for more! The best part, a small problem popped up with the car after we took it home, and like a boss, they were on it and made it right! Purchased 2010 ES350 with 65000 miles 4 years ago. I did my research in advance and now fully agree with the “bulletproof” qualities often used by owners who describe this vehicle. I have adhered to factory-schedule maintenance, however, not performed by a Lexus dealer. Rather, an ASE-certified shop who know Lexus/Toyotas. I now have 125k on the clock and have spent about $1,200 in non-maintenance repairs. Specifically, oxygen sensors et.al. 31 MPG highway, 25 around town. Drives like my wife’s much newer MB sedan without the anxiety of potential repair costs.

I bought the ES 300H Ultra luxury in July 2022. I love the exterior and interior designs. The interior is spacious and comfortable. I had concern about the height of the seats, since I am 6 inches, but the seats are also vertically adjustable and I have never had my head bump into the sealing. So, f anyone is having an issue, they can consider looking for the pushing the knob upwards, without twisting it. I saw some people complain about the speakers online, but I have the Mark Levinsons, and I have no issues. It is advertised for 43-44 MPg, however I am getting 40.7 and I typically driver 1k miles per month. I know a couple of factors are at play, including my driving style. My main issue is that there is a noticeable lag with accelaration, esp on low speeds. I bought my car from Lexus of Tampa Bay at MSRP, and there was no issues with the purchase.

In my opinion, the 2020 Lexus ES is the best midsize sedan on the market. Featuring a 3.5L Naturally aspirated V6 making 302 HP and 267 (not 266) pounds feet of torque, it’s 195 inches long with a wheel base of 113 inches which makes this drive like a boat, it drives a lot like its bigger brother, the LS—luxurious and composed— but that’s more of a yacht compare to ES. Firstly I’m going to highlight my experience with the car daily driving it. I absolutely love this car, on start up while the engine is cold it is a bit jerky, I’m referring to the Asian 8 speed tranny, it doesn’t like cold fluids what so ever, the engine is loud as it use direct injection instead of the port injection (D4s) while cold. But after it warms up it’s like floating on a cloud, even over bostons worst roads, wind noise is minimal, road noise is non existence and the ambiance of the cabin is amazing, I love driving it, dry smooth, I doesn’t hunt for gears as much as people say but it does jerk at times at low speeds especially if your coming to a stop and you let on the gas instead of hitting zero, it shocks the car and the tranny jerks you into 2nd, turns are very bubbly you feel like your on a bouncy castle, I also need to highlight the personality of ES, 302 HP.. this ain’t no itty bitty 4 banger, ain’t no civic, this is an ES, its own world, it’s fast.. it has no forced induction so from a roll yes you are slow but highway speeds? Man the linear power delivery, it’s so smooth and fast, I can go 120 no problem, I love it so much, but that’s not what the cars about.. but I can be.. it has its limits. The FWD system is fine, 0 torque steer.. I mean there’s a bit but it only becomes prominent if you don’t know how to drive lol, the unibody construction is very planted and structurally intact. It can take an emergency panic steer at 45 MPH easy & hard breaking is done like a champ. The triple beam head lights are amazing the way they follow the direction of the wheel at night. I don’t really have any complaints about ES, besides that jerky tranny but it’s only on cold starts and only when you don’t know how to drive it. The safety systems are lovely, I really like the Lexus touch pad, I love seeing my screen on a sunny day finger print free!! Makes it look elegant, never been a touch screen fan to begin with, I just don’t like how Lexus stops you from being able to interact with the touch pad while the car is in motion but it’s a safety feature. It’s not a perfect car but xxxx is it a great one.. I had Lexus’ my whole life so maybe I’m biased.. I encourage reads to look up the downs sides.. you’ll see people always say the tranny is jerky.. nothing else beside that. And the maintenance? Can’t beat 90$ at the DEALERSHIP I love it, it’s cheap to run and oh it takes regular!! Huge win!! People turn heads when in drive in.. because I have THE Lexus ES, guys skip the base get the triple beams and it elevates your car, the ultra luxury package is amazing, I have every available option you could of speced back in 2020, it’s just such a nice car I love it!!! Please guys buy an ES if you want a smooth reliable comfortable sedan, if you wanna go go go, or something cheaper get a BMW. Or a Honda.

Was a very easy process. Got a trade in value for our vehicle ahead of going to the dealership. Car was ready for us to see when we got there. They didn’t try to put us in anything other than the vehicle we were interested in. Whole process from when we got there to driving off with the new car was only a little over two hours.

Lexus is my favorite car brand. I've owned several over 25 years. I've never needed major service so maintenance costs are very low. The interior is extremely comfortable with many great interactive features.

The ES350 Ultra Luxury model is worth the extra cost. Love the beige color, and the caramel color leather interior. The luxury styling and materials are wonderful --leather seats, steering wheel, and shifter; wood trim, extra large touch screen, super sound system. Safety features abound. Love the heads-up display. The seats are super comfortable, appreciate that they are cooled as well as heated--comfort in all seasons. The designers of this car considered every detail. This beauty runs on regular gas, no need to pay extra for premium fuel.

this is my 4th es350,,,good comfortable car but they don't change .have a 2020 ,,looking at 2023 it's the same car execpt for the touch screen,,,same wheels ,,,colors ,,,interior choices arn't the best ,,,,at least change wheels and different color choices

The car over all is good, but the technology package is terrible! It is inconsistent connecting to iPhone, can’t use push button or voice feature for calling without manually pulling up number from phone, difficulty switching between Sirus XM and apple play. No touch screen and cumbersome to use. Also, may be petty, but for the price the 2019 should have power mirrors. Wish I had shopped other luxury makes before purchasing.

Super pleased with the car experience with Nesco dealership. Rami was super helpful, truthful and honest. The 2012 Corvette Grand Sport was what I was looking for. Rami held the car for me until I could get to Arlington from Tulsa, Ok. I flew in to Love Field and Ubered to the dealership. The car was detailed immaculately, and presented very professionally. Rami was very patient and not at all overbearing and pushy. Allowed me to drive the car as long as needed. I has some Issues with the car after driving it back to Oklahoma, and Rami and staff stepped up and helped take care the issue. Financing was exceptional. Cool car no issues, sexy exterior. I have a '10 white ES 350.. it would have been nice to have the navigation package because I'm not really feeling the infotainment setup. But the moon roof and heated/cool seats make up for that mostly. Also there is an aux cord in Bluetooth if you can figure out how to use it. Lol There's no backup camera or any sensors available on mine, but the mirrors that tilt down while in reverse do help quite a bit for me. Overall I'm satisfied and hopefully this is the last car I'll have for a long long long time. Another thing I do like is whenever my partner takes the car, has a bad habit of repositioning the seat... Buttons 1 and 2 on the door memorize how I had it so I can change it back quickly. I understand that Lexus and Toyota are affiliated companies, and I would hope mine lasts as long as a Toyota should. Please excuse any typos (:
