I love the seats in it, they are so comfortable. I really like the black carpet in it and also the hidden windshield wipers. The car just looks amazing and the Red color is a beautiful color.

Sansone Hyundai did the right thing. My son and I purchase a certified pre-owned 2022 Hyundai Tuscan on July 15,2024. During the courtesy oil and filter change in January 2024, the service technician indicated that all four tires needed to be replaced. Instead of reacting, a second opinion was sought that confirmed the tire tread was deteriorating or wearing. Noting that the vehicle mileages at purchase was approx. 23,000 miles and had approx. 27,600 miles in January, plus quality tires should last 50,000 to 60,000 miles assuming normal driving conditions, the tire condition seemed abnormal. Another fact was the second opinion revealed the tire’s manufacturing date in 2020, which also does not seem proper. Upon contacting Sales Manager, Operations Manager and Service, another set of tires were installed and aligned at no cost.

The salesperson,Sasha,was both courteous and informative in her communications, regarding my questions and concerns. I hope that my comments are redundant and that efforts to compell this sort of customer service and motivation continues to hold steadfast with Sasha and your dealership of Mercedes-Benz.
