at first it look like I had a small chance of getting the car because of the monthly payments She was awesome. Explain every detail. They told me the 8 year old car I was buying was as n good shape. That was an understatement this car was phenomenal in like brand new condition. This was my first online buying experience of a car over 9 hours away (by car). Needless to say I was apprehensive. I am a picky car person like them clean all there and looking like new. All I can say is mission accomplished- great car great dealership!!

Brought my vehicle in to fix my sunroof track, one side needed to be replaced. Grateful that after Lexus received parts not up to their standards, they returned the part and ordered another part. Due to not using the first part and after leadership reviewed paperwork - my service rep Josh advised me credit amount and was there for every step of my repair service answering all my questions. Great customer service and thankful for loaner vehicle over 2 weeks!

Easy to schedule and bring vehicle in. Nice waiting area and helpful staff. Didn?t pressure you into getting more done than required, easy to see what the charges were.

I have owned a Lexus for over 15 years and the people at Lexus always threat me good. I plan on buying a new Alexis in the future .

The sales person was very well knowledgeable and allowed he customer to make decisions at the customer own pace. Roley was very good at his ability to provide good directions in the purchase of a Lexus Vehicle but did offer different suggestions in order for us to decide on the best product with a fair price.

My services were completed in a timely fashion and the service advisor was knowledgeable and provided me with information about my upcoming service. The only down is calling to the service department. It took multiple attempts to get an actual service advisor on the phone, when I wanted to discuss my problem.

Jim (Sales) and Christian (Finance) were fantastic to work with at West Side Lexus. I worked with Jim during the week to secure a Saturday appointment. Arrived at 1109a and was driving off the lot in my “new to me” car at 12:35p. Everyone there was friendly and the customer waiting area is great, lots of space and a pretty decent hot chocolate in their fancy coffee machine :D 10/10 recommend
