Nicely designed, very comfortable, Luxury plus model has fantastic features. Some plastic interiors could be improved. Solid in nature, great visibility from inside, panoramic roof is very nice. The fact that Lexus has really designed it to fit inside a standard US garage is great!. Love the coolbox. Also the rear glass door opening is a big hit. '3rd row going under ground' without sacrificing space for spare tire is excellent. More inside storage space world be a plus

Purchased 2025 Lexus GX 550 Premium Plus. Amazing feeling when you drive it, and looks vey cool inside and out. I drive it every day to work, weekends in town and for longer trips like family road trips including mountains and rural areas. I wish the gas tank was bigger, I think it’s is few gallons smaller than in our 2020 Lexus GX 460. We didn’t trade 2020 Lexus GX 460 to get 2025 Lexus GX 550. Will keep both for many years to come. Great job Lexus!

Our new GX550 is amazing!! We love it. We have the Luxury Plus model complete with massaging seats. And they really do massage!!! Our color is called Incognito and it looks sweet!! We have had so many great comments!!

It does go through fuel, in part because the engine performance is so strong and fun. I have the OT plus trim and really like it, the nori green color in person is fantastic. Don't notice the hood fluttering.. I wish the gas tank was bigger.

I owned an Overtrail plus for 7 months and sold it. The car is beautiful on the outside but the inside could use some work especially at the mid 80k price point. Off-road capability was pretty good but no better than what Ive had in the past. The seats aren't very comfortable theres no way to sugar coat it. If you read forums a complaint is the mediocre massage which is a function of this trim level and that if you have the massage feature on it makes the heated aspect almost obsolete. The new GX sadly had the worst heated seats of any vehicle I have ever owned and you can read the many complaints across forums about this as well. Being 6’4” and an athlete my back tenses up driving for periods of time so at the least a good heated seat is needed. The interface to use certain functions also could be confusing for people who are tech savy. There are small nuances throughout the car and I dont think the hype was worth it. Would I suggest it for someone else, probably but it just wasnt the right car for me. Ohh some trim pieces melt in the sun as well which you can also google or look up in forums.

Came in late in day to look at several well priced. Salesman, Mark Green helped with his knowledge of vehicles and allowed me to leave lot with carfax reports of vehicles I was considering. Great sales experience. Service is also tops as I have had my current vehicle serviced once so far.

We purchased two coupes and needed our garage doors programmed with our new Mercedes. Jay came out and quickly figured out why we were having so much difficulty. It stands to reason that the atmosphere at a luxury showroom would differ from the chaotic, high-pressure environment at most dealerships ... and such is the case here. I inquired online about the SUV I was interested in, and was promptly contacted via text (at my request, no phone call) by Walter Dillard. We were warmly greeted on arrival, and the test drive went well. Two other cars were on our short list, and we advised Walter that we'd contact him if the '19 XT4 Premium Luxury was our choice. There was absolutely none of the typical annoyances when leaving most places without pursuing a sale ... no manager, no "price is good for today only", but rather a thank-you, with the hope that we'd choose the Cadillac ... never even went back into the showroom. After checking out the other possibilities, we decided that the XT4 was the best of the bunch. Meeting the following morning, we further explored the tons of features (Walter really knows his products) and sat down to begin what is generally a tortuous, confrontational experience. To our delight, the negotiation was calm and very professional. Even the offer for our trade-in was realistic. The usual back-and-forth-to-management thing played itself out, and we came to terms on probably the third exchange. We'd like to have paid a bit less (who wouldn't) but given the fact that they included free vehicle pickup and delivery for service (including a loaner), as well as the first three oil changes (full synthetic), it was fair compensation. This is not to say that Peacock is immune from some "car game" practices. The Certified XT4 was priced at $X, but an additional charge was added for certifying the vehicle, along with a "reconditioning fee" (isn't getting it ready for sale a cost of doing business?) and "dealer service fee" (I thought dealer prep was a thing of the past) ... so we're now at $X plus about $3k. We're savvy enough to scratch those items out, but many people aren't. Funny thing, though ... they manage to reappear, while the drive-out price remains as agreed. Fun and games with numbers! We were paying cash, but had to transfer funds. This was a Saturday, so we offered to apply for financing in order to drive the vehicle out, paying it off when the transfer clears. The Finance Manager, Skeen Mathias, offered to let us take possession of the car that day, while providing a UPS overnight envelope, so that we could forward our check when the money became available. We were also informed that Tom Peacock will provide three bonus perks at no cost: key replacement, interior/exterior protection and collision deductible reimbursement (there are limits, of course). We were obviously more than pleased. Overall, Tom Peacock is a really good place to buy. Walter Dillard is a genuine sales professional, and will treat you as the intelligent and informed consumer you are ... but just watch out for the add-ins.

Car was as represented. Sales staff were friendly and on point. No up selling pressure. Bentley brand was well presented . Senior management was warm and welcoming. Highly recommend doing business with them.
