I'd been looking for this car for a while and came across two at different dealerships in my area, unfortunately they sold really fast. So, I started my search online and although I was a bit skittish of buying a car online without seeing or driving it first, I couldn't be happier with the car, the process, and most of all the salesman, Mitchell Macaluso. He made the entire process so seamless and less scary. He answered all of my questions, kept me informed of the process the whole time and was very professional. Outstanding from start to finish! Brian Prosser helped me with looking and leasing a 2026 Equinox. There was no high pressure tactics or gimmicks. He took his time to show me the vehicle and drive it. On the purchase price, again...no gimmicks or games. Once the price was agreed upon and the trade in valued, the deal was complete. Nico Anwary was the finance advisor we used. We had used Nico before and preferred him to anyone else. He was very straight forward on the leasing price and recommendations of care for the vehicle. No games/gimmicks. He took his time and answered all of my questions/concerns.

The car is great. It is extremely roomy, but it handles very well. My only negative is that it has a small gas tank and gets so few miles to the gallon so you feel like you are filling it up all the time if you drive a lot like I do. Otherwise it is an amazing car Lexus out did themselves with this one!

Love this truck. It is not a car but a truck. The repeated Lexus standards apply. There is a lot going on with this vehicle. Heavy, solid, and safe. Plus off roading included (Beach for me).

Bought a used XC90 from them and it went smooth...price was better than most anyone I could find and I got in and out in about 2 hours all in. overall pretty happy and surely happy with the crazy low price I got. will come back.

I LOVE the Grubbs dealership. They always take such good care of my car and make things go smoothly when it's in the shop. It does go through fuel, in part because the engine performance is so strong and fun. I have the OT plus trim and really like it, the nori green color in person is fantastic. Don't notice the hood fluttering.. I wish the gas tank was bigger.

I owned an Overtrail plus for 7 months and sold it. The car is beautiful on the outside but the inside could use some work especially at the mid 80k price point. Off-road capability was pretty good but no better than what Ive had in the past. The seats aren't very comfortable theres no way to sugar coat it. If you read forums a complaint is the mediocre massage which is a function of this trim level and that if you have the massage feature on it makes the heated aspect almost obsolete. The new GX sadly had the worst heated seats of any vehicle I have ever owned and you can read the many complaints across forums about this as well. Being 6’4” and an athlete my back tenses up driving for periods of time so at the least a good heated seat is needed. The interface to use certain functions also could be confusing for people who are tech savy. There are small nuances throughout the car and I dont think the hype was worth it. Would I suggest it for someone else, probably but it just wasnt the right car for me. Ohh some trim pieces melt in the sun as well which you can also google or look up in forums.

Marco was excellent. I had made a same-day appointment for my tire pressure light staying on. He quickly discovered that there was a leak in one of the tires. He was very happy to inform me that my tire was under warranty and being replaced for free. He said it would take an hour and a half but it only took 25 minutes! And they even washed my car! I am always so happy with the treatment I receive And the service of my car at Toyota of Plano. I won't go anyplace else!
