My beloved 2010 IS 250 needed more in repairs than it was worth. I asked to be put on the list (yes, it’s come to that these days) for a new car. The wonderful salesman at Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains asked if I was interested in a used car. Of course, said I. When he showed me the 2019 IS 300, I fell in love! Midnight blue with a camel interior, low mileage, and certified by Lexus. So far, so great! So many more features than my 2010. It’s a smoother ride than my IS 250; I have to get used to that , as my 250 hugged every curve. But I’m totally in love with this car!

I dealt with Ali he gave me one of the best quote in the nation! He was so great and professional. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of getting my own financing first and then picking out the car I wanted. I wanted a 2022 Highlander but I couldnt get more money for it from my credit union unless I cancelled the loan I already had and re-applied for a higher loan. I couldnt stomach risking being left with no loan.

This a great entry-luxury vehicle! Even with the 2.0L turbocharged engine, it's fairly quick and gets up to higher speeds without a problem. It's very quiet and comfortable on just about any road. The interior fit/finish is impeccable, and the exterior styling is striking (especially in Eminent White Pearl). The AC is the coldest I've ever experienced in a car so far! The card is very stable at highway speeds and above. I've been averaging 33 MPG on the highway (driving back/forth from DC/Chesapeake weekly), and around 24 in the city. We shall see how she goes from this point forward! Definitely recommended!

My truck maintenance was handled promptly with professionalism. When I went to pay for the service however, they wanted an additional 28$ on a 1K bill to use a credit card. A debit wouldn't incur this fee. This seems like usury and seems over the top.

My experience at this dealership wasn’t too bad, if you have patience for the people there An the staff you should be good. I got there at 1:30pm an since I didn’t schedule I had to wait but it was only for like 15mins or so till I saw a sale rep. 1:50pm they called me to talk to a sales rep, got my 13 Honda Civic appraised, waited 25mins for them to approved it, then went to the lot picked out my car I wanted. 20mins went back we talked numbers An gave them my down payment An was out in like 45mins after signing an them washing n vacuuming your car, you have the keys An you out the door!! More Than a 5 Star rating if there ever was one needed. The greatest fear of any motorist is having an emergency repair situation when traveling. I am not from El Paso but on the Friday the 26th of September an unfortunate circumstance concerning my 2025 Honda Accord bearly a month old needed some serious ER type service while traveling from Las Cruces back to my home town of San Antonio. I left Las Cruces at 4 a.m. and just as I was leaving El Paso I pulled off to get some gas. It was still dark and I misjudged a curb duing my exit/ entrance into the access into the gas station resulting in some serious under-carriage damage. I had to turnaorund and head to the nearest Honda dealership. God and his angles were watching over me. I was ther at the dealership an roughly anhour and a half before opening. There was a porterwaiting at the gate then Sally Zubi showed up to aid in opening up the dealership. She was so kind, caring and empathet to my situation and assured me that they would take care of me. Allowed me to use the facilities to try and relax. Nestor the parts dept. expert did a search and found exactly what was needed to get me back to SA safely and said it was a part that was rarely in stock but was on site. Then Richard Guzman and Bobby Dominguez arrived. This team of immeadiately gathered in the parts dept. and asked me to wait in the outer seating area. I was later called in and taken to the garage area. All but nestor were present and they had me take pics of the damage and told me the plan of what could be done to get me back safely and at what cost. These individuals have my highrest admiration and respect. They are in the people business to serve it just so happens it is in the auto indutry. Quality , empathy, and caring. They could have taken me for a ride but were so upfront and honest in there approach that they have restored my faith in the sevice industry in general. These are a special group of people and El Paso Honda is beyond blessed to have them in their emplyment.
