I was super impressed with this dealership its HUGE. I went in wanting to purchase a Nissan Frontier. The customer service was exceptional. Teresa was my sales personnel she was very knowledgeable and kind. I would have to say the finance department could use a little work on providing faster assistance. I owned a Lexus ES350 and went to a Ford Explorer. After about six months I realized I was not happy in the Ford and wanted a Lexus again. The car is very comfortable. I'm 6'1 and have no issues in the fit in the drivers seat. I love the design of the interior. I do miss Apple Play, but it isn't a deal breaker. However, it is technology a Lexus should have. I like the wheel better than the pad for the tech system as I think it is easier to navigate. I love the get up and go I have from the engine. It is just enough to know you are stepping on the gas while not being too much. Overall I am very pleased with this car. It is comfortable, performs well, and looks good. You can tell you are in a luxury car versus something bathed in plastic. Lexus has a customer for life here.

Honest and easy process, thorough and helpful communication. Recently traded in my 2008 Audi TT for a 2017 Audi TT at Ambar Motors. I contacted them from an online used car site. I live three hours away. Marcos responded to my inquiry and went above and beyond to send me pictures and videos to feel comfortable about the vehicle. When I was ready to talk/text about the numbers, I worked with Luis. We negotiated and agreed upon a fair price including my trade-in. I put a deposit down and planned to drive to their shop a few days later. Luis was very helpful with keeping in touch and helping me with the steps needed on my end to do this as I was new to the FL process. Did I read the “one star” reviews and was I super nervous about the whole thing? YES. But, do not get swayed by those reviews. Everything went exactly as Luis said it would. The car was as described. Smooth sailing through the purchase. Two months later, Luis called to see how the car is working out for me. I love the car and am sooooo thankful for the whole Ambar team. I highly recommend them. You would be in good hands !!

My beloved 2010 IS 250 needed more in repairs than it was worth. I asked to be put on the list (yes, it’s come to that these days) for a new car. The wonderful salesman at Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains asked if I was interested in a used car. Of course, said I. When he showed me the 2019 IS 300, I fell in love! Midnight blue with a camel interior, low mileage, and certified by Lexus. So far, so great! So many more features than my 2010. It’s a smoother ride than my IS 250; I have to get used to that , as my 250 hugged every curve. But I’m totally in love with this car!
