Seven days after meeting Randy we were test driving vehicles. My husband and I were still undecided until he showed us one of the cars he included in an email. It was exactly what we were looking for and the car went home with us that day. My husband and I have purchased several vehicles but never walked away talking about the person who sold us the car. Randy was patient and easy to work with. Without question the best car buying experience!!! We will be trading in our family car soon and will reach out to Randy when that time comes.

The Lexus IS 350 F Sport has been a great car! It does a great job in the winter and the only downside is the clearance. But I can’t complain about the car, it has been great. It sounds good when you get on it and it’s quick. Not sure about 3 seconds quick like the gentleman in the other review and I’m almost certain he is a little high. But I plan on buying another Lexus just might try a different model. Plus I’m not as slim as I use to be.

It's all that and more! 0-60 in 3 seconds" got mine in 2022 and I could swear whoever owned it before me.....must have upgraded the ecu chip" because no way it could do 0-60 in 3 seconds without upgrading the engines ecu.

I love the car, the F-sport is awesome as far as comfort and style. BTW, it's not just for the younger crowd, at 59 I fell in love at first sight, however, the cup holders are placed reduculously. You have to literally turn your body to get your drink etc. The bay that's in front of your Nav screen seems to be where the catch all is🙄. Nowhere else to put my phone, keys etc. Plus, depending how much stuff you start catching, good luck seeing your screen. Lexus needs to change that center area design, especially the cup holders. They are a hot mess! The seats design is the best, they just wrap around you, you feel like your in a cockpit...sort of. I love it. Overall, I have enjoyed owning this fast, sporty,sexy ride. Go get some......

I’m a GM customer but for some unknown reason I was focused on the 2020 Acura RLX SH. As I looked around for a purchase I quickly realized that they weren’t easy to find locally. I found myself looking at distant Dealerships which took me to Orlando Preowned. I seen a 2020 RLX SH in their inventory online and from there I was quickly in contact with Brad, an outstanding sales associate. Brad provided everything I needed to understand that the vehicle that I was interested in on the lot was what I was looking for and that it was worth the effort to purchase from Orlando Preowned. I purchased the vehicle without physically laying eyes on it. From 250 miles away. I had it conveniently shipped to my house a day later and was completely satisfied. This car meets all my needs. It drives amazing and is the most comfortable and powerful car. Its convenience, like key less entry , start/stop push button, Navigation system, voice command, leather seat , heated and ventilated seats, blind spot alert etc makes it the most comfortable vehciel.

Service advisor was great, super knowledgeable about product line. Oil change and wash was quick. Only problem when I scheduled through the AI on the phone. As soon as I confirmed time "IT" said it was unavailable. Then tried to do the 11:30 appointment and same outcome. Checked my phone and saw the confirmation about the 7:45 appointment. Just needs a little IT help. I'll be back...

Lexus of Omaha is the BEST dealership to buy a car from. I have bought many and have never been treated better. Professional, courteous, and NO pressure. No hidden games or anything. I had an amazing experience at International Auto Outlet in Hamilton, OH. I truly fell in love with this car the moment I saw it. Adam provided excellent service, answered all my questions, and made the entire buying process smooth and enjoyable.

The bottom line is I got a good deal on a good vehicle. The salesman who took us through the paperwork process was congenial and professional. He had gone this process many times in the past. The owner and his support staff were friendly and helpful. Now, the downside. This is obviously a used car dealer, and the sales office leaves much to be desired. Not too clean, old furniture and the restroom was out of order ... had to use one located outdoors. In addition, the sales lot is small and really packed with vehicles. One employee is an expert at maneuvering the vehicles into a position where you can drive out. The lot is also located on a very busy street, Garden Grove Blvd ... makes it somewhat difficult to get into the flow of traffic.

I’m not one to praise car dealerships but my experience with Carizona has earned it. Sales guy AJ was great. No xx, no pressure, all good vibes. Same with the manager and the finance team.

My sales man was Sam, he was respectable, honest, and overall pleasant to be around. He showed integrity, I didn't feel as if he was trying to Hagel and play trickery games in order to get a sale. I would recommend this place to anyone, it is the first dealership I have been to that offers a life time warranty George was also very pleasant and personable. . It was over all a good experience

This the third time we have purchased a new Toyota from this dealership. I have to state that our salesman Joseph Britton was exceptional to work with. He helped us through the process of getting our 2026 Highlander. He is extremely caring and goes out of his way to please the customers. He loves what he does and it shows. I would highly recommend him for your next purchase and the dealership and he should get 10 stars instead of the most available at 5 stars. Don’t hesitate in contacting them. Excellent customer service and that is rare these days.

Initially saw the car on Cars.com, called the Autovend Dealership and worked with Andy while buying out of state for my first time. Asked for videos and pictures of the vehicle & Andy delivered. Mahfuz was also very quick with response times on e-mail chains. All in all- bought the vehicle and it was delivered. Good experience.
