Responded right away to my email. Talked to salesman and asked for pictures, no pictures on website, and did not receive them; this was early morning. After several hours of not hearing anything , I sent another email/text and heard that another salesman was in process of selling the car.

I has my NX250 serviced today. My advisor was Jose. Prior to having my car serviced he explained everything to me and stated that it would take approximately an hour and a half. I also had a question about my audio system and he was able to answer it right away. My car was returned to me faster than Jose had started washed and ready to go. Jose was fantastic and I would highly recommend this dealership for all your needs.

My experience was great from the first person I met at the entrance to service department then service advisor Patty was kind and patient with me since I had just had knee surgery and was very slow the waiting area was comfortable and there was a wide variety of snacks and drinks.Great experience

Well run dealership, they offer additional products to protect your investment, individual needs will dictate if you need them or not. I happen to have above and beyond protection, so the options would not benefit my particular situation. The finance department was thorough, and assisted me in a contract adjustment. The staff from the moment I entered the door, provided detailed attention. Everyone I interreacted with was professional, pleasant, yes! I did say pleasant!!!! Every phone interaction I was 100% acknowledge, and addressed to my satisfaction. The General Manager, does a wonderful job of following up on every transaction. I interacted with her via email, and the response was on target, and my concern was resolved quickly. The concern was a add on product offer, and had nothing to do with the Lexus vehicle or the staff. In my opinion they are the best Lexus dealership in the Tampa Bay area. I want to express what a great job Anthony Vitale did today and how happy I am with the service that was provided by your dealership. My tire pressure had been low and filling up my back tire just was not working. I decided to just show up at the dealership without an appointment to see if the service department could figure what the problem was. There was a nail in my tire; however, not only did they repair my tire, but they checked and topped off all of the fluids and washed my car. Anthony was extremely professional and took care of everything at no charge. What a great experience!
