Went to Johnson dealership to just look at new cars. Came home with a new NX. Michael Carawan was most helpful in educating about a hybrid. This was not my first Lexus, this dealship was the largest I’ve ever been to & they had the exact car I wanted. My only negative was the tech going over the electronics-don’t think he spent enough time explaining or just giving an overview of electronics. The manuals are exhausting. Maybe Lexus needs to make videos of electronics & have them in every car. There are videos on YouTube, but come on Lexus. Oh, and the closest dealers are at least 3 hours away-kind of far to go for instructions.

I had a good experience here. I was helped by Daniel and ultimately closed the sale with Basir. This was my first brand new car purchase but certainly not my first time dealing with dealership sales and transactions. It has been a privilege to have received such excellent service from service advisor Stan Rezi. When i first started taking my truck in for truck repairs I was a little apprehensive. I felt the service advisor would try to sell me unwanted services that weren't necessary . But when I came in advisor Rezi introduce himself to me and from there on I have had nothing but exceIIent services. I no longer fear that advisor is going to sell me unwanted extras. Kudos to Stan Reiz. sometimes they say Stan is often imitated, but never duplicated.
