My Charleston SC dealer did not have the vehicle I was looking for, but Lexus of Tampa Bay did. I found it on cars.com and bought it. It was a very smooth transaction. There’s a few things about this car that I don’t like first I wish I would’ve had the option for a six-cylinder. The car is a little too noisy. I wish they would do away with that car stop at a light or stop saying. Third, I wish they would seal the door a little better at the bottom. All sorts of debris gets in on all doors. Other than that the car is OK. and I’m still waiting for my extra key fob.

My Lexus needed extensive repairs to the axles, struts, sensors, etc., and while it was there I decided to get it tuned up, oil changed, and wheels aligned/rotated. The Service Manager that assisted me was Patricia (Patty) and she was absolutely outstanding -- very customer oriented and excellent communicative skills. She made sure my old 2012 RX350 was going to be safer and more comfortable to drive when the repairs were completed. It was an absolute pleasure working with her. Even though my service contract was not with Lexus, she coordinated to ensure every repair that was covered by my extended warranty was appropriately charged -- almost $5,000 in saving to me. downsized from previous generation RX350 to NX350h. little smaller but performance is in par with the V6 but double the MPG. Safety system is definitely improved and 14 inch screen is plenty large and easy to use. wireless Android/CarPlay works seamlessly. ride with 18 inch wheels and firm/soft suspension provides good long distance comfort. overall a solid value compared to GV70 and GLC300 we were cross-shopping.

I was assigned my 4th advisor (Mahmoud Munieodine) during my years at Lexus of Tampa Bay. He was professional, courteous and helpful in recommending the repairs needed. I felt he had my best interest at heart. This was not always the case with previous advisors.

This car is my third Lexus NX, so it's obvious I love the NX's. This car shifts easily, highway noise is minimal depending on the road surfacing, workmanship is perfect and the salesman was super in finding the right car for me with the options I wanted. The Sales Manager, Blake came to us and chatted offering his help in any way. We met Service personnel who offered our first oil change at no charge and every fourth oil change at no charge. The final step was signing paperwork and finance. This was extremely efficient and complete. This was overall the best car buying experience I have ever experienced. We have already shared this positive experience with friends.
