downsized from previous generation RX350 to NX350h. little smaller but performance is in par with the V6 but double the MPG. Safety system is definitely improved and 14 inch screen is plenty large and easy to use. wireless Android/CarPlay works seamlessly. ride with 18 inch wheels and firm/soft suspension provides good long distance comfort. overall a solid value compared to GV70 and GLC300 we were cross-shopping.

My son was looking for a car we have traveled to look at three different cars at different dealers all were very disappointing. I spotted this car on the internet called about it was told it could be put on hold . I was told the car was in very good shape .The car meet all of our expectations when we got there . This car is my third Lexus NX, so it's obvious I love the NX's. This car shifts easily, highway noise is minimal depending on the road surfacing, workmanship is perfect and the salesman was super in finding the right car for me with the options I wanted. Lexus cars and dealerships are the best; p.s. my husband has an RX.

I can't thank everyone at Hollywood Chrysler Jeep. They've been pretty incredible since I purchased my minivan three years ago up until today. I get my car serviced there all the time! Every three months like clockwork the express lanes take care of my oil change (within 20 min!!!), and when needed (only once) the service dept. right next door is wonderful and helps you with anything your car needs right away. I must say, it does pay off to be an early bird. I love being there before opening time (7 AM) and get everything done right away.

Did all my negotiations with the Internet Sales Team, of course it's a back and forth, there main concern is to get you into the dealwership. We aggred on an out the door price and met with Sales Associates Justin Smith to appraise the trade in and do the paperwork. It all went pretty smoothly, got there at 10:45Am and was out by 1PM (I did not finance). No hidden surprises, and that's what I greatly appreciate.

I got there at 6:30am and the manager, Nick Ramos was waiting for me. Just as he said he would. He got me to work on time and my Outlander was cleaned and fixed as promised.

I like the customer service. My problem with the Brand is that this is my third case in 3 different mercedes(C250,C300&ML320)that i had the steering wheel locked and the repair is around $3,000.00 How MB could not solve this problem in 20 years?

Good service My only concern is that my IS300 came with a net in the trunk but no kit to hang in the trunk. I called parts and they said that the kit was not available and I had to purchase a new net with the kit, which doesn't make sense.

I brought the car in and it immediately was placed in line. Mateo Orosco was very helpful. As a general comment, I wish I had a better comprehensive explanation of what happened to the part to be replaced. I am still not sure if it was a problem from the manufacturer or from incidents that took place while driving. It is concerning that a manufacturing defect was not covered by the company. In general, I am relieved that the problem has been taken care of and that the service was effective and professional.

Found a great deal on an Infiniti G37 but wanted my wife to check it out first. When we went the next day it was gone!
