Angel at Ewing Subaru made our purchase very easy. I looked at cars for my daughter from Corpus to Dallas, focusing on Houston since I live there. Ewing offered the best value, enough better to justify flying to Dallas for the purchase. Angel took care of the transaction electronically, and even delivered the car to Love Field to complete the deal. He met me at customer arrivals, we signed a few papers, and I was driving to Houston before security even had a chance to ask us to move along. A perfect buying experience!

I went to buy a cash car. I had a price range to follow. I looked at a Lexus 07 LS460. I was helped out in getting a deal for this car by Jesse. I had some some request to be addressed first, to make me feel better about the deal. I saw they where all made. Maybe not to a high standard but they were done. The whole process felt easy with no pressure. I never believed Jesse was playing games with me. Ever. All in all he sold me a car I wanted and at the price I wanted. What more can you ask for? It's a 07. It's got issues. Yes. It's a used car but the buying experience was never an issue. Would I go back to buy another one? Yes. Will I tell a friend? Yes. I bought a used 2018 NX 300 and I love it. The only drawback is the gas mileage is not good. Overall it’s a classy vehicle.

We’ve owned Lexus cars for the past almost three decades, between ES, LS, RX Andrew note that we moved to the city wanted a smaller SUV. So we opted for this NX300. Meets expectations. It doesn’t have the comfortable plush ride like my LS460, but it’s almost as good a ride as my last three RX350’s in a smaller size. It’s very comfortable for the size and hugs the road well. It’s reasonably quiet for the size.

It?s good I did my research and only went here to look at the one truck. With an over 800 credit score I anticipated it to be a quick purchase but they lost the keys then couldn?t find the sales guy that had the keys. Finally do the credit app and I have to fight for them to look for the lowest rate because they came back with the highest that popped up. If I didn?t want the truck so much I would?ve left. We finally get it finalized to go to finance and the finance guy was a shiny moment. Very knowledgeable and helpful and stayed extra late to get it done. Mia did good as a sales person but once the purchase was done she acted like any additional needs or questions were an inconvenience. Tracey in service was excellent!!

Runs great, ride is a little harsh/choppy on rough street surfaces. Good acceleration, and not great mileage on my type of trips (22) mpg of premium fuel. Good handling and hold on curves. If had it to do over again would have purchased a hybrid version.
