The quality of product and service goes hand in hand at Autonation Spokane Valley Acura! We just leased a 2026 Acura ADX A spec Advance which is our 5th Acura since we bought a new 2006 TSX. In 2006. Through the years we?ve only paid for routine maintenance performed by an extraordinary service team! We noticed the turnover of the service team is pretty low. We attribute that to quality hiring, continuing training and development.. Employee retention is key and it shows in their work. Dave has been there over 30 years and Jeff just completed 20. We love to work with Reiko in sales who is referred to as Acura Queen who?s been there nearly 20. She?s great at putting great pricing deals together. The whole facility has a family kind of feel. 2021 Lexus NX 300 review
Runs great, ride is a little harsh/choppy on rough street surfaces. Good acceleration, and not great mileage on my type of trips (22) mpg of premium fuel. Good handling and hold on curves. If had it to do over again would have purchased a hybrid version.

CarMax Spokane review
CarMax does fine, but a little cumbersome since they are so big. Daniel and JJ were very helpful. Cars.com, however, is slow on removing cars from their pages. Twice I went to CarMax to see a car, because Cars.com emailed me that the car I wanted was still available, at that location. Both times it had been previously sold. Frustrating when you’re looking for a specific model.
2021 Lexus NX 300 review
I just purchased 3 weeks ago and this the best car i ever had. Compared to my 2002 mercedez Benz c-230 coupe and 2003 Acura MDX. This car is comfort,reliable and excellent. Wow !
